Q: I bought this charger but I dont even know if its charging correctly and in the little book dosent even tell me the lights turn on when I plug it in but it's off in a few minutes so does that means it's not working or it means its charging?

A: I am not sure on the lights with this one. Anyway I look at how much battery I have and check it when I think about it. It charges the phone first then the battery in the case. To check the charge on the case, press the button on the back and if all four lights are solid it is fully charged.

A: Can only be used with s9 plus. But be careful not to drop it. I did and now it won't charge up. Overall, a pretty decent case.
