Would be nice if you could charge the case and phone at the same time

Does not always charge while on phone . Not impressed

Small case part near volume buttons breaks easily.

Performs as described, light-weight and easy to use. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the charger uses a micro-USB. I would have preferred the Apple iPhone 5 connector to re-charge the unit but this is not a major issue.

I have bought many products to charge my iPhone, but they were not made by Apple. They quit working after a week. My phone sometimes cuts off unexpectedly. This is so worth it!

I love the battery pack it replaces the need for a lightening connector and I can use a micro USB to charge the battery pack and the phone. It could offer more durability but it dies protect the phone.

This case is slim and perfect for when you're on the go and unable to charge your phone. It's even better to be able to leave the case on a and charge both the phone and the case together.

This product is great and worth the money. The only downside that it has to be recharged every time you use it with a different charger cable but it is still worth it!

I only hate having to buy extra cords for all the disorient locations like work and car. I wish they could use apple cords.

I used for work trips overseas and it performed perfectly. No issues whatsoever and very convenient. No worries of running out of power. Piece of mind is well worth it.

the mophie juice pack helium charging case is ok if you want minimum recharge go ahead and get the bigger one

My phone battery do not keep a charge as long anymore so when I see it low in charge I flip the switch & I'm able to use my phone a little longer!

The electronics, battery, and supporting documents are all high quality. In my experience with power packs, you really get what you pay for.

Overall solid product. I'm happy with it and would buy another. It's nice to see they reinforced the connector with metal around it.

Works we'll for what it is but I don't like having to keep track of another cord to charge and use earphones

Received it, nice size. Broke after 3 weeks, stopped charging when plugged in, also sometimes I couldn't get it to charge my phone when it still had battery life. Poor compared to the iphone4 case.

Wish thus product had a belt clip so I don't have to carry it in my pocket

I purchased this for my son so he could never run out of battery on his cell phone. So far So good.

It comes in great handy & I really love it . I charge it at night and use it when and wherever

No searching for a wallplug to sit by while your phone charges how can you not win with this?
