The case is nice, but no one buys a charger case for its looks. They buy it to charge your phone. This case supposedly has enough batter to charge 120% of my iPhone5. It only charges my phone from 20 to 80 percent then dies. I'm pretty disappointed in this case. Definitely won't buy another one.

Great unit but it does get the phone and unit very warm to the touch

Morphia has decent battery life, but you can't sync with it, or use any lightning functionality. There are better packs out there, but this was the one that was in stock.

Significantly reduced reception in normally good service areas and increased dropped calls. Phone does not audible all the time with the case on.

Got two of these as gifts. Figured they would fit all iPhone 5s but was wrong. May work great for other iPhones, but I've read mixed reviews on this newer version.

I find the product u% charge and it displays that for quite a while then my phone is redlining and next it just turns off!

I bought this mophie to replace one that wasn't charging correctly after having it for a year. . I decided to pay the extra for the Mophie juice Pack Plus. It's a hit or miss if it will recharge. When it does, I get one charge to my phone. I love the idea but disappointed with the inconsistency of if it will charge or not. I basically leave my phone plugged into charger.

I've had many Mophies over the years and I'm sincerely disappointed in the quality of the ringer switch assembly on this device. Half the time it works, the half it doesn't.....very poor quality interface to my iPhone 5s.

Could not charge with regular charger. Could not charge with my radio charger.

I love Mophie! I had an iPhone 4s, and has bought a Juice Pack Plus for it a few years ago. It got the job done with no problem. I recently upgraded my phone to a 5s, and had to buy another Mophie considering that the previous one I had came in really handy. Unfortunately, the Juice Pack Plus for my 5s wasn't as great. I use my headphones quite often, so now I have to use the included extension in order to connect my headphones or else I will not be able to take them out of the headphone jack. In addition, when I have to wear my headphones with the included extension, I can no longer zip up my coat's pockets. I just wish that the headphone jack wasn't as far up the case.
