Does not stay charged as long as I expected it to stay

With the case on, the buttons don't work that great.

Slightly disappointed with the charging capacity..

I have noticed that my phone goes dead and yet when I press the battery check up button, I see a full range of lights. That tells me it is fully charged on the battery pack. However, I don't see why it does not make my phone last longer. Another bad product best buy?

Charger only works for 20 minutes maximum... A complete waste of money

I bought this because of its thin profile and its ability to give me a 60% backup charge. The buttons in the back are easily hit if you keep it in your pocket and when you do go to use the extra power it was already used. Leaving you with no extra juice. I also don't believe it keeps 60% extra. Not worth the price.

Charges phone, but breaks easily. Especially if you remove it frequently.

Case dies super quick wouldn't really recommend if you are on the go

adds to much weight to the phone and doesnt make it portable

I am happy with the product, it is nice and slim. It does add extra battery life and works pretty good as a phone case. I chose this one instead of the air because it is compact and keeps the slim profile which is nice. I would recommend this product if you are moderate- semi-heavy I phone user who needs extra "juice."

I have purchased this product twice and went bad BOTH times. Would recommend paying more and purchasing Apple extended battery!

Case is engineered such that one can't use the iPhone charger without taking the phone completely out of the case. Bad design.

it came missing a lot of parts, too bad. How do you send a merchandise this way?

Can't use volume up button at all. Button is misaligned and actually screws up the phone.

suggest the mophie juice pack air instead as it has an on/off switch

I picked up the Juice Pack Reserve for iP6 a few days ago and I have been very happy with it so far. I bought a Juice Pack Air from Mophie over a year ago and I always found it to be useful, but bulky. Think of the Reserve as a refined version of the Air (thinner, lighter, less bulky, better buttons) and $40 less expensive. Yes, the battery is smaller, but 60% extra juice is perfect for me and will allow you to use your phone all day. The case adds minimal bulk and weight to the phone and is one of the best designed iP6 battery cases i've seen.

I really wasn't sure if I ever was going to buy any of these cases for my iPhone 6S. I mean the phone does seem to have a decent battery. But then my original case broke and my phone. So, realizing this, and the fact that the mophie case no longer costs a ridiculous amount (It used to be 90 and now it's 60), this case is really great. It is very sturdy and does at least double the battery. It is the best case for anyone that relies on the iPhone a lot. The cable does seem to connect to the computer as a device and not just for charging, so that's another plus. I surely recommend it.

I purchased the juice pack reserve case because my iphone 6 battery was dieing to quickly! Best buy had it at a great price and although it says 60% extra battery life; with the case on my phone I am making it almost 2 full days without having to charge my phone! Before I couldn't make it 12 hours!

This thing is great. Before my sons phone was always dead and he was walking around with a huge external battery to keep his phone charged. With this battery/case he is able to make it through his school day without having to plug it in. Nearly doubles the life of the iPhone 6s
