It’s a good product, I don’t like the way the sticker is so thin (make sure it is aligned well before you press to stick it) but overall magnet sticks well with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I like that he charges the phone, I don’t know have to worry about my phone, having power. The clips slips off my AC vent quite often so have to reattached often - wish that can be improved

Worked great but within a couple of months the back plate started to fall apart despite AC blowing out of the air vent. The heat generated by the charging caused the glue to melt and the plastic ring and small magnets all came apart. I placed some sticky tape over what remains to extend it's life but it looks ugly and I'm now looking for an alternative.

Charger works well. The mount holds steady onto the air vents. The magnet needs to be on the outside of your phone case to hold well. I couldn't get it to work from under my phone case. It is a dual magnet system, meaning that the charger and ring that goes on your phone are both magnetic. The ring is very expensive to replace if you mess it up. It get a 4 star only due to price. There is no reason for this charger and replacement rings to cost so much.

Product keeps falling from vent. Rarely secures strong enough, charging works as advertised. Strong magnet connection to phone. Just wish it held to the vents better.

Stook to my phone very well. it would have been a 5 start however, the charging plate decided it would break off of the mount. Luckily there is a 2 year warranty on it.

Magnet seems ok but the clip for the vent mount wasn't great and that's a big issue.

i didnt like the fact about the magnet its weak phone will fell of at any given moment also its a slow charge Qi

Was a good charger but doesn’t stay in my vent mount and broke very easily.

Mount very weakly grabs vent and stays upright for heavier phones. But Magsafe magnet is very strong and included USB-C 12v adapter is fast. Decent buy if not driving on rough roads.

Holds the phone great (I am using the Apple brand leather case with Magsafe) and it is neat and convenient not having wires to plug in however it does not charge very fast at all. Long trips it will charge up nicely but only does about 2-3% charge increase on my 15min commute to work. The vent clip holds better that I thought it would it actually very secure.

I've been a fan of Apple's Magsafe, but haven't been happy with the options so far to mount a charging mount to the dash of my truck. This mophie solution seems to fit the bill pretty well, and even blends into the color of my dash. The only thing I noticed during initial testing: While using navigation (via Wireless CarPlay), the Snap+ was only able to maintain the current charge level on my iPhone 12Pro (rather than top off the battery). That could limit the charger's usefulness on longer trips.

The MagSafe connection firmly secures to my iPhone. I wish the clip to my air vent was a little bit more secure, however it could be just be my vent and not the clip. The pivot works smoothly and holds in place even over bumps and pot holes in the road.

Bought a cheaper one of these by a different manufacturer and had constant issues - wouldn’t stay clipped, didn’t charge very fast, etc… It finally broke all together so decided to try the mophie as their regular vent clips work great. This holds well, except on the roughest pavement (iPhone 12 pro). Has only dropped once in a couple months of daily, but I have large, flat vents - so if you are driving a smaller vehicle with slanted vents ymmv. Charges pretty quickly as well - happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

I love that I can mount my phone, which will charge; however, the ball bearing that holds the magnet breaks easily just by taking the phone off; I've had two of these breaks already.

I have never been a fan of vent mounts, because they usually don't hold the phone in place through a rough ride. However, this has been able to support my 12pro max without any drops so far. The only knock I give the produce is the hard wired wire from the base of the mount to the 12v plug itself. You can't plug into an existing lighter that may support 2 USB Cs for example. Small thing for sure, overall a very nice product.

Love how convenient this mount is. Stays in place in my car vent. Definitely recommend

This is a great charger, but unfortunately the magnet is so weak that my iPhone 14 falls when I hit bumps while driving. I'm not sure if I just happened to receive one with a weak magnet, but if that's the norm then it's obviously not practical to use in a car.

No problems with phone falling whatsoever (iPhone 12 with MagSafe silicone case) and charges fast with a high wattage source. It’s also nice that the Mount can stay in the car and the charger can be easily removed.
