Premium Edition arrived before noon today and then the steelbook as well....game is loaded and will play it after dinner heard good things from family and friends so far so good said its awesome

Honestly this game was definitely really good and I enjoyed the campaign and online. Mortal Kombat one is one of those games you can expect a lot from and never be disappointed

Do my Pre-Orders with BB, received it and it was damaged. The store and online didn't have any solution, so I asked for a full refund. Will question preorders now. Disappointing experience and yes over a SB.

When I ordered this, it stated it would come with the steel case since it was a pre-order. Instead....it's just the basic, plastic case.... Bait & Switch. Thank for nothin.

They’ve nailed it, mostly. I still think MKX is the title holder, but this game has a terrific roster, and solid gameplay. I don’t think the “Kameo fighter” decision was great, but I respect it. Could have used some more variety in modes as well. But this is still some GOOD Mortal Kombat, probably the best story mode of the series too!

Alright… gameplay has been a 10/10, after the last bug update patch for player 2 vs player 1. The online ranked experience has been nearly immaculate. Invasions had a lot of potential but ended up becoming a grind 5/10 due to lack of content. Skins are sick but maybe could have more although you can tell that more will be coming down the road so it’s honestly manageable 7/10. Story was so sick and I felt like it flowed a lot more than previous iterations; However the end was a bit convoluted and maybe went off the charts a bit (I still love the call back at the end to older games). We need minor bug patches here and there but Netherrealm studios has come out saying updates are on the way. The game is most enjoyable for the online competitive gameplay experience and the story it’s self. I do recommend this game for the more specialized and fighting game passionate gamer even though some features are missing for competitive match customization.

Just as polished and addicting as ever, Netherealm Studios doesn't disappoint with this new entry in the MK franchise. The story is one of the best in the series. The roster is big enough that you'll spend hours leveling up each character. Finally, the Invasion mode is one the funest modes I've ever played. Mix of board games and MK, it'll leave you coming back more and more as new seasons are released. Only reason I'm giving it a 4 star review is because I feel like there is some stuff missing. There's no Krypt mode, which feels weird for a MK game. Some of the activities can feel repetitive in invasion mode like test you're might, and survive. More variety in the invasion mode could help it achieve from a great to a fantastic mode. Finally, I know once more fighters are added, the rating will bump up to a 5. Otherwise, it's a great game with tons to do. Well worth it's asking price.

Mortal Kombat 1 lives up to every ounce of hype it received! The game play is smooth, with fights feeling extremely fluid. The graphics are amazingly crisp, with even the Shrine's brief animation feeling spectacular. The story mode really sets a great tone for the character's of the new era, with some twists that ard both surprising and outstanding. Classic Towers are there of course. The Invasions mode is akin to the Konquest mode of Deception, but much more streamlined and, quite literally, rewarding as each fight won garners you in game currency. Kusyomizing of characters is a nice touch as you will pick up numerous pieces of Gear, Pallettes, and skins through out game play. The Kameo Fighters are an interesting touch, as they can be a great tool, but also an enormous pain. Overall, this game is a solid 10 out of 10 for long time fans.

This game is visually stunning, the gameplay is so smooth, the story is amazing with tons of references, and the fatalities are brutal but I love it! Definitely would recommend this game to any Mortal Kombat fan!

This gives you a much stronger feel into the desires of more of the characters since you get more detail into their backgrounds. The other thing is even the endings from the towers seem like they have a good chance of being canonical as they connect. This is also a direct exclusive to both Mortla Komat 11 and the DLC story. The RPG style mode for Seasonal content is honestly pretty good as well and gives you access to a bunch of extra suits that are going to be based on themes. The current theme is Scorpion, and if you complete the seasonal story, the hint for the next character is a good one. The one complaint I have and this may throw people off, it is pretty. An extremely pretty game for how much violence is in it.
