All the pieces wasn’t in the box I will never by open box again it said excellent condition it was in bad condition very very disappointed

The arcade was defective. It only worked for five minutes and then it bricked. It was stuck on the loading screen.

After spending some time with the Mortal Kombat 2 Deluxe Arcade1Up cabinet, I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed. While the cabinet does have a few positive aspects, overall it falls short of my expectations. One of the main drawbacks of this cabinet is the lackluster design. While the artwork is decent, it doesn't really stand out or capture the essence of the Mortal Kombat franchise. It feels like a missed opportunity to create something truly memorable. The only real positive aspect of the cabinet is the screen, which is better than what Arcade1Up usually includes in their products. The colors are vibrant and the graphics look great. However, this alone isn't enough to justify the price tag. One major downside of this cabinet is that it no longer includes a riser. This means that players of different heights may have difficulty playing comfortably. It's a shame that Arcade1Up decided to remove this feature, as it was a big selling point for their previous cabinets. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the Mortal Kombat 2 Deluxe Arcade1Up cabinet unless you're a die-hard fan of the series and don't already own an Arcade1Up cabinet. The lackluster design and missing riser are major drawbacks, and the high price tag doesn't feel justified given the limited features. If you're looking to add an arcade cabinet to your collection, I'd suggest waiting for a sale or considering other options.

Great great game in a really nice cabinet 14 excellent titles the only place I would buy it is Best Buy in the Woodlands the manager there that was on duty was absolutely amazing

Great throwback, really nice build. Game selection is good, controls could use an upgrade but suffice. Overall a great arcade 1up machine.

Overall this unit is very good. I've had the first two generations of Mortal Kombat and this is by far the best one that arcade one up has released. The buttons are not great but a notch above the previous editions. The layout just fits perfect and looks good without having to add a riser. The LIVE feature is amazing and the community itself is growing tremendously. I found myself having more fun online than playing the computer. The only set back to this unit is that it does have a bit of lag when online play. Hopefully this can be fixed in a future patch.

Cabinet is actually not bad at all. I do not experience lag in any of the games like I feared from other reviews. I enjoy the cab and play it a lot. I recommend. My main complaint is the joystick feels kind of tight which I guess some prefer.

Awesome addition to a home arcade build! Light up marquee is vibrant with great contrast, game plays well, controls are acceptable but can be upgraded to better quality if desired. Size is great for space savings and mobility, control deck is at proper arcade height, 17 inch BOE monitor is bright and vibrant with no bleed. Online play is a bonus, firmware can be updated wirelessly. Love this cab, really takes me back!

Not everyone is trying to upgrade from last year's model. If you're still holding on to a Gen 1 or 2 MKII cabinet, this is an awesome upgrade. If you are a new customer, this is an awesome way to get an arcade machine in your home that has that authentic arcade look and feel, with those authentic arcade versions of the games. That said, I do wish the decal on the side of the control deck wasn't a decal because it is already starting to get a rough edge from hand traffic. I also wish the WIFI worked at least "decent", but at least there's ethernet. And I wish the price point were a little lower than $500, but I "get it". Hopefully they'll add spectate lobbies to the MK online matches. That would be nice.

Excellent addition to my game room. So many great games besides Mortal Kombat, like defender, joust, gauntlet and paperboy.

I was considering buying this unit because it has good games on it . Then i luckily noticed that it's for left handed people. WHY ? you have more right handed people then left handed people. Makes absolutely no sense at all. So glad i didn't waste my time with it. Plus for the price . I can have a custom full size cabinet built with 20,000 games . For a couple hundred dollars more. And i don't have to waste my time trying to put it together. Why ? Because the custom gaming console is shipped to you fully assembled and ready to go. Oh , and they are right handed if you choose. My personal opinion is that they shouldn't charge no more than $250.00/$300.00 for it . Especially with having to put it together your self

Wish it gave more bang for your buck in regards to features. Better sticks would be a start and additional games that are included

Online lobbies for Mortal Kombat and the games it includes is a complete joke. There still is no spectate mode. And even though online gameplay is advertised, you’ll be tough to find any lobbies to join.

Im done with arcade1up. Terrible company that constantly lies about their unfinished products. Even worse corporate leadership.
