Super fun!

I'm having a blast with the game right now. Still not good enough to actually play online but am working my way up there. I would recommend anyone with even a slight interest in fighting games to get this game.

This Game Looks Like it Was Made in 2008...

It astounds me that a year and a half into the new console generation there has been no significant (from the consumer's standpoint) advancement in the graphical presentation of a significant portion of games released thus far (Mortal Combat X is not the only offender). The game play is exactly what you would expect and hope for from the franchise, which is the only reason it received a second star. The fault lies partially with the Xbox One. With every new release I'm regretting more and more my decision to upgrade consoles - rather than an upgrade from a Corolla to a Charger, we got an upgrade from a Corolla to Camry. It's a bit bigger and should last longer, but you won't notice much difference while your driving. At least I didn't have to buy a Kinect...
