It's my wife's phone. She likes the phone itself, it has a very large display ,Clear pictures. Phone Processes information very quickly As well as has a fast processor. Motorola with this phone I believe is a little underrated however it has its known problems. The charging port after 11 months had broken And we had to have the phone replaced under warranty. Thankfully It was just shy the one-year warranty And it was fully Covered. After two replacement phones we finally got one that worked. My wife has since added the insurance To the phone, in case something like this happens again. I am personally Moving to a Samsung S8 from a Motorola Droid Razr, that I have had for the last 5 years.my current phone is outdated. The Droid was an option until we started encountering these problems with my wife's phone. Other than that it's been great.

Phone stopped charging.. well it charges, but it takes all night to get to a full charge and then some. When the turbo charge worked, it would zip up to 80% in 10 mins. I think it must of fried itself. Verizon Tech Support said everything hardware wise was okay. They are thinking when the phone updates to marshmallow, the charging issue will be fixed

The Motorola Droid Turbo 2 is a good solid phone. The biggest selling point for me was the 4 year guarantee on the screen not breaking. I replaced a Nokia 1020 phone, which had a 41 megapixel camera and maybe the best Phone camera ever, but the Turbo 2 21MP camera is acceptable but nothing to write home about, not even close to the quality of images of the 1020. I am getting used to the Android OS coming from Windows phone, which seemed snappier response than the droid. Over all a good camera and phone.

This phone has been great! Great camera, easy to use, and tough. It is incredibly sturdy. It has been dropped multiple time (with and without a case). The screen got a crack but you can only see it in the sun when the screen is off. So it has a very strong screen too. No issues to report with this phone. I plan to keep this phone for quite some time.

Since my Samsung Galaxy S5 had the screen flaking out a lot, I had intentions of upgrading it to the newer S6 -- UNTIL I checked out this Motorola XT 1585 Turbo 2 at the mall and ended up buying it instead! There was just no comparison, in my opinion! For me, having all my music, photos, documents, and backups on my 64GB SD card is imperative. It's SO much easier to port to a new phone that way, saves cloud storage (especially if you're on a limited data plan), and also saves internal phone storage space. So when I found out the S6 did not have an SD card slot, and the Motorola Turbo 2 does, that pretty much decided it for me. Also, the camera on the Turbo 2 is much better than most phones. 21 megapixels!!! It takes awesome photos and video, with no lag time (my S5 was very laggy in this department). The processor speed is excellent, and with over 50 apps loaded now, there is no lag, apps open quickly and run smoothly. Music actually sounds better on this phone than on my old S5. The size is just slightly larger than the S5, but it still fits nicely in my hand (and my hands are not large). It is a little smaller than my husband's Galaxy Note 2. As far as the aesthetics, I love the white color with the metal edging. It looks very sleek and classy. For the size it is pretty lightweight, and fits well in my pocket or purse. Because the multi-layer screen is shatterproof (woohoo!!!), I did not feel the need to put a screen protector on it. The screen cleans very easily and does not get as smudged up as other phones I've had (either with or without screen protectors). The screen is also very bright outside, and can easily be seen on a sunny day -- even better than I used to be able to see my old S5! Also the resolution is awesome. The only thing I see lacking with this phone is no small flashing LED light for message notifications (but then iphones don't have that either, and people get used to it, so I suppose I could live with it). I only have a thin TPU gel case on it to protect the outside, and because even with the rubbery back, it could slip out of your hands since the sides are a smooth metal. The battery life for the first few days ran out quickly, but as is typical, it stabilized in the first week of breaking it in, and now goes a lonnnnnngggg way! My kids have to charge their iphones 4 times a day, and my Turbo 2 runs all day on a single charge!

I've had the phone for a month and I feel it's the best phone yet. It's not at all loaded down with useless software and apps. The few that were installed I was able to easily disabled.

We got this phone for my son as he seems to drop it all to often. It is very durable and perfect expecially for a younger user (he's 10).

It's much bigger and heavier than my aging s4... But it's very fast and lasts a long time. If you are a steaming junkie or a type A workaholic the battery will provide many many hours of screen time. I usually charge every other day unless I pull 2pkus hrs of God andcouplehrsof streaming then I might go for a once daily charge.

This replaces another phone I really liked. I like the smooth action of this touch screen and the battery life has been very, very satisfactory. I am a moderate to heavy user and can get more than a full day of use out of one charge. I still charge it each night just because I want full capacity use each day. I use this for productivity, music, internet, scheduling, photography and entertainment. Super fast response and decent on-screen keyboard make this a mobile replacement for my PC, in most situations and pairs easily with my printers and other devices via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Quite pleased after a month of use.

It needs it's own dedicated music app. Also it's difficult to take a screen shot.
