I purchased this phone as a replacement for my LG G3 on the GeekSquad plan. I love the phone so far, great battery life and charges super fast. Only feasible complaints are that the screen is slightly less responsive than my last (only affects my drawing app) and that it does not have an infrared blaster, so I cannot use it as a remote. Still, I'm very happy with it and those are things I'm willing to trade for battery like this. The GeekSquad experience was an absolute nightmare, taking 30 days just to get my credit and encountering multiple clerical errors. If I had any other options, I'd have bought this phone elsewhere.

My technical advisor (aka my niece) advised me to purchase this phone for $1 from Best Buy (offered for new contracts only). What's not to like for that price? Lots of great features -- I really like Moto where you can speak your commands, plus it's got a crack-proof screen and is water-resistant. It uses a super charger so charges very quickly too. Having used it for over a month, I love it.

The Turbo 2 has some features not seen on other phones. My only complaint is that it will open Google on it's own even when in the locked mode, while in my pocket.

You can never go wrong with Motorola! Already dropped it , face down on concrete and not a scratch! I switched to a Galaxy S4 before getting the Droid Turbo 2 and while the apps arejust as good and the programs are fine, I broke the screen twice, once just from putting a new Otter Box on it! Nothing beats the sturdiness of a Motorola.

Went to Verizon Store to upgrade my phone and it was a nightmare! One clerk and not helpful at all. Kudos to Best Buy for out of the park customer service.

It's a great phone all around but I have having to memorize number and press more buttons compared to my old phone just to look up recent contact and to send a picture but other than that it's awesome to have

Great phone, really like that I can't break the screen since that was my last 3 phones demise . Decent battery life with a really good picture.
