Customers enjoy the Moto 360 Smartwatch 46mm Stainless Steel for its stylish design, affordable price, and comfortable leather strap. It also offers timely notifications and an easy setup process. However, users have concerns about its battery life, which could be improved. Some users with smaller wrists find the watch to be too large, and there have been reports of heating issues and compatibility issues with Apple products.

    Glad I Took the Plunge...

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about the whole "wearable technology" thing, because I wasn't sure there would be any functionality that I couldn't get from my Moto X smartphone. Well, I was very much mistaken. There are all sorts of things my Moto 360 does more easily and conveniently than my Moto X, and some things (like measuring my heart rate) that my phone can't do at all. The device is well-made, as I always expect from Motorola, and quite easy to set up (especially if you ask for Geek Squad help when you buy, as I did). It is almost endlessly customizable, and the so-called "flat tire" on the watch face doesn't bother me one bit. It might take you some getting used to if you're used to ultra-thin wristwatches, but most men's wristwatches these days are about as thick at this one. It is NOT heavy or uncomfortable to wear. I like the leather band more than the metal ones, but do try both before you buy. I should also mention that my Geek Squad experience in setting up the watch before I left the store was excellent. The associate walked me through all the necessary steps, and we had it up and running in just a few minutes. My local Best Buy store also took care of me when there was a significant price reduction about a week after I bought the device. A wonderful experience all around: Product, service, price. Couldn't be more pleased.

I'm enjoying my 360 and the different watch faces. I've finally figured out how to customize the faces. My complaint is I wish the battery could last longer then a few hours a day, but if you put it in theater mode you can get more usage time.

If you are looking for a smartwatch I hope you already know what they can and cannot do, if not I recommend you to read about it so you don't make a blind shop. This smartwatch does what I expected it to do and the quality is just amazing.

so i've had the watch for a couple of months now, for the price i paid it's a great entry level device if you're interested in smartwatch technology. Main reason i picked this one up is because it looks like a real watch, especially the metal/cognac color combo. i get compliments all the time, it's aesthetically pleasing. it took me a while to figure out the battery, the recent android wear update helps a lot but it really depends on your watchface- i purchased a face on googleplay and my battery now lasts roughly 24 hours with normal use. before that (and with Watchmaker faces) i had horrible battery life that barely lasted a work day. my point is just know what you're getting yourself into, it's a nice looking smartwatch with all the features you'd expect, just manage your expectations regarding battery life and you'll love it. i highly recommend buying a spare charger to keep at work or just carrying one with you when you need it

First off, I love android wear and even android itself. I hopped right into the Android Wear pool with an LG G Watch first and then a few months later again with this watch. The Moto 360 is a stunner of a watch, I have the silver with brown leather band and I love the look. It performs pretty well even though it has a lower powered processor even for a smartwatch, but 75% it performs as expected. The battery life has some issues here and there but if you keep the brightness down a bit and always on mode off, you shouldn't have any problems getting through the day.

    Best WATCH I've ever had!

Today the new version of the MOTO 360 came out. But this, the first gen, I think is 10 times more beautiful, and for this price, I think it's really a big deal. And now you can connect with your iPhone officially (even this version of moto!). BUY IT! DON'T THINK ABOUT IT JUST BUY IT! and you will find that is the best watch, and smartwatch ever. Applause to Motorola in this one. By the way, I'm Apple fan, but first I'm design fan, and this is excellent!

I bought this watch on impulse thinking it would be really nifty. Come to find out that I use this watch more the I thought I would. The only time I don't use it is when I'm going out in the yard to work. Since I bought this watch I convinced 2 friends to go and buy them as well. I got this watch for $150. I probably wouldn't pay anything over that price because this is not a sand alone device. It has to be connected to a smart phone or tablet to interact with. The battery life on the watch is enough to last all day and maybe part of the next if you are a light user. This isn't a big issue for me but to some people, they would complain. I also haven't had an issue the glass getting scratched. I've hit it on door ways and random things for about a month now and I see no ware or tear.

Good companion, though not fully practical.

After using the Moto 360 for about a month I have realized it has made my life a lot easier. When I'm not wearing it, checking notifications becomes more of a hassle than I thought it could be. Also, driving while wearing this watch is great since you can use it for navigation. It simply buzzes whenever a turn is coming up and you can see where you need to turn right on your wrist. I usually do a lot of driving on the weekends so this is a huge plus for me since I don't have to constantly be looking at my phone to figure out where I'm heading. My biggest complaint really is that the battery life isn't where I'd want it to be yet, I tend to end up charging it at least once during the day and again at night. I've heard the battery life gets better with use, but I've only seen minor improvements. The upside of this though, is the included qi charger charges the Moto 360 super fast. My other complaint (and this has nothing to do with the watch itself), is the software. Android wear is still very new and still seems to be struggling to find its footing. There are a few useful apps and faces, but as of now I think the Moto 360 and other Android Wear devices are just neat gadget-y things for people like me who enjoy gadget-y things.

I was skeptical based on the reviews regarding battery life, but this watch has changed my life. I work 12+ hours a day and it lasts easily until I get home to charge. I don't wear it to sleep and I turned off ambient light, so your mileage may vary. At $150, it was only slightly more expensive than my previous watch and does so much more! I am a high school principal, and it looks great in dress clothes. I only wish changing bands was easier so I could alternate between brown and black based on wardrobe but that is minor. Very happy!

The moto 360 a fine look and feel. However, it lacks functionality. In general the moto 360 just get your android cards messages. The battery about 12-14 hours, no app have been installed. I got it just because of the looks.

good product. compatible with android. Overall 4 star. cons 1 no speaker, and thus cannot make phone calls. 2 drain the phone battery pretty quick. Itself can last no longer than 2 days as well. 3 Not very easy to figure out the way of usage. There is basically no manual. After syncing with google fit, the pedometer stops working.

The only reason I bought the watch is I got a great deal on it. Would I pay the MSRP on it, nope, but for the price I got it for the watch is amazing. I never realized how handy it is. One thing of note, the first two days I had it, the battery drained super fast. I had to change some settings, but it also had to stabilize.

I wanted to get into the smartwath scene but didn't want to spend much. Seeing the moto 360 at $150 i decided to get it and I'm satisfied with the product. The only complaint is the battery life. I would recommend it though to somebody that dosent want to break the bank just to get into a new technology.

Great for keeping phone in pocket & increasing "presence" in personal interactions. Smart watches make meetings & conversations much more pleasant because one doesn't have to pull a phone out when a message or call is received to see if it is something important. I love being able to dismiss notifications immediately & staying on task at the same time. Battery life is my only restraint on this item. In order to last all day, I don't leave the ambient screen on. There's also a bug that navigation using Maps keeps the screen & processor running constantly when your phone screen is already on! You can disable Maps notifications, but that means you won't get them at other times. This needs to be a situational on/off. I realize this is a single app's bug, but it is a core Google app and kills functionality of the watch.

Moto 360 Good but not Great

Fantastic tools out there, but not always solid or for those afraid of technology. Like the form factor and is great when it is working! Battery is on the limited side and the flat tire is a bit annoying, but overall, for the price is a stellar into in to the world of Android Wear! Would buy again.

Wow! Just wow. I spent several months researching various android watches before I decided on the moto 360 and I am glad I chose this watch. Everything I think I need it to do, it does. I would say the only complaint that I have is the voice recognition software for words that sound similar do not get picked up. Other than that it is an awesome product. I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

The watch actually looks like a great watch. It tricked many of my friends thinking it was a bulova or a movado. The leather strap is great and comfortable. The sensor to the watch works great sometimes and then sometimes your twisting your wrist around to get the sensor to feel the movement. Otherwise you can just touch the screen and make it work. Not many apps. But great designs. Bluetooth range is not great either. That's the only reason I'd give it a 3 or else it's a solid 4.

I have to say I am very impressed by this watch. I can not tell you how many positive comments I have gotten. PROS The GUI is very user friendly and intuitive. Setup was a breeze. Great built in apps. The craftsmanship is nice. The leather wrist band is real leather. Fairly durable. I can be a little clumsy and I have accidentally banged the watch a couple of times. However, I'm hard pressed to find a sign of wear and tear (knock on wood) Battery life has improved since initial release. Battery life for use with my Samsung Galaxy is 1.5 days. I place it on the charger at night with about 35% remaining CONS Leather wrist band is not ideal for those with active lifestyles. Soaks up sweat Battery Life is low compared to other semi-comparable watches The heart rate monitor doesn't work all that well on my thick skin and semi hairy arms (real mean don't shave)

got this on special during the grad sale. Don't think I would pay full price, but very happy with it. I would have gotten 5 stars if you could actually use the watch as your phone, but since it does not have a speaker in it, it will never happen

It is a nice gadget. The heart rate monitor doesn't work. I haven't been able to get a reading. Battery life is not that great. However, cell phone dies juch quicker with the smart watch than without. The rest of the features are great.
