This is my second Motorola. This option is a little bigger than my last but battery life is decent and I'm able to extend memory. Those are my bigger pet peeves.

Got this phone for my mom who is 70 years old. No complaints so far. Simple, can browse the net and she’s able to navigate all the basic apps she uses.

Was initially happy with this phone. However, I'm losing the stars due to this: It randomly decided to never connect to the internet again one day. Tried every trouble shooting solution available. Called the company. They said there is nothing they can do, it's a hardware issue, and I just need to replace it. Not impressed.

This phone is a slick little phone. It was easy to get up and running and figure out how to use on a daily basis. Graphics are good and it runs pretty fast.

Accepted a nanosim, used as a second phone when I traveled NO hesitation is starting up seamless transition to local next work Overall good value

Not a bad unlocked phone for the price, camera could be a little better but overall was worth the pickup. No complaints from a very satisfied customer.

Awesome replacement phone, unlocked with a bit more than basic features

Bought these to replace the previous phones my children had. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because my children usually break phones within 5 months of having them. To my surprise this is their favorite so far. They love the sound quality and the picture quality, I love that they weren't too expensive.

My first smart phone and my first Android phone and I have no complaints other than the absurdly small keys on the virtual keyboard.

Big fan of the phone. It works well and it came unlocked (for an extra cost). It's about twice as much when you buy the phone unlocked, but I was able to get it activated on my network (not one of the phone carriers best buy already works with). Phone works well.

This phone has a solid feel of construction to it. I really hate phones, tablets, laptops, etc that are SO thin and flimsy they'd bend in a gentle breeze. This has a removable battery, microSD slot, headphone jack, and all the other things your typical Apple product has long forsaken. This has just enough weight to it to feel comfortable. Now the downside. Seems the folks at Motorola have forgotten how to code. My previous phones (Moto Droid Razr HD, Casio C721) were able to do voice dialing through my bluetooth headset entirely on their own. THIS unit needs to use some bloated Google app that insists on being wide open in it's full Snoop-On-Me/Hack-Me mode, and likely demands to have Mobile Data always on (I have mobile data disabled 99.9999% of the time). There's no excuse to remove standalone voice dialing capability. Also, if you use a third-party Launcher, various built-in apps will not be seen OR accessible. So you are stuck using the Moto Launcher (I've grown to prefer the Microsoft Launcher on all my Android devices).

I got this to replace a phone on AT&T. My son took it to AT&T and they just put a new SIM card in. Love it. Long battery life, no problems at all on AT&T network and kept me from buying an expensive phone from them.

I had to buy this phone because mine broke and needed one fast, it was a good price. It has been great since.

Was very happy with an earlier model, the Moto E4. But the screen shattered making it still usable, but hard and dangerous to use. I’ve only switched my SIM card and phones for less than a week...but it’s not quite a “new and improved” model, so far....I probably would have purchased another E4 if it was still available. However, grateful that Best Buy usually offers older models along the newest ones, for a comparatively lower prices.

The phone is goid for the price poitn with bug text box.

Its a good budget phone i wished it had the fingerprint scanner like the international version
