I purchased this Moto G 2yrs ago, worked fine for the 1st yr, but after that it lagged too much, even with a SD card handling pics/vids/apps. The camera was not the greatest, but it beats purchasing a $600+ smart phone.

Unlocked was my main feature. Working abroad a necessity. Impressive speed of the internet connection especially abroad where signals can be weak. Picture has fastastic resolution. I don't need to carry a camera! Easy to use

This is one of the best specked phones that you can get in this price point. You will not be sorry. If you want an almost pure android device, this is it. The only way to get a more stock android phone is to buy a Nexus device.

Was looking for a budget Android phone with 2gb of RAM and my research led me to this Motorolla here. • great build quality with a solid feel to it + gorilla glass • looks great • fast • nice camera at this price point • minimal 3rd party apps to deal with • works with Republic Wireless This Motorolla is really a fantastic value and has charmed me with its performance, style and solid build. I was searching for an unlocked and inexpensive phone. This moto g 3G does the trick. It is not a high end product, let's start with that clarification. If you are looking for a phone with a decent size and weight with a good screen and functionalities, this is it. I use the phone for social networks, emailing (a lot), instant messaging, browsing pages and connected to my smart watch, my TV and my BT headsets. The battery is quite decent, I start using it a 6AM and by 8PM I need to plug it to the charger.

I have switched my whole family over to the Moto line of phones. I got my son and Moto E, and I bought my wife this phone. She loves it, and I love the spec to price ratio. You will not be disappointed in this phone at all. I highly recommend.

The Motorola Moto G 3rd Generation is a pleasure to use. With 16GB internal plus the 2GB internal RAM, it's easy to leave multiple apps running. It seems like the battery just keeps me running all day.

Very happy with the Motorola Moto g (Gen 3). It works flawlessly with MetroPCS, which was not the case with my previous phone (OnePlus X). This phone is 4G compatible, a big plus if you surf the net on a regular basis using your phone. I use it as my primary navigation device as well. The only problem I have encountered is that when I go to visual voicemail to play a voicemail, I get a message saying it cannot play the voicemail. I have to then exist the phone app, open it again, go to visual voicemail, and voila! It plays the voicemail. This problem may be specific to MetroPCS users. I am not sure about the other providers. I am partial to MetroPCS because it costs be just $30 a month, all included. I am not sure how this phone compare with the latest 4th generation Moto G phones. However, I am happy with my 3rd gen and will use it for a long time.

This is the best all around phone I've used. Even when considering it against the $600+ phones this one stands toe to toe. The only thing it's missing is a finger print reader. The battery life is on par with the iPhone 6s Plus. With heavy use it will go darn near two full days. It's almost pure android like the Nexus with some nice Motorola additions that even a Nexus would be envious of. You can't go wrong here!

Need more than a Gen 2 phone but not prepared to spend uber-bucks on an S7? This is the phone for you. SD-Memory expanable, a large, hi-res screen, a kicking little processor (for the money), and the ability to play even high-end, graphics intensive games. Dependable, fast, and able to do all you need (except maybe provide the ego-boost that comes with pricier phones.) Best mid-range Android on the market.

This Moto G is a really nice device. It has enough memory to ensure fast processing and response for now and into the future. The screen is a nice size, but still fits nicely in a front pants pocket. The only negative I have found is that this device does NOT support Wi-Fi calling on T-Mobile, which is a very useful feature when regular coverage doesn't work, and particularly outside the US.

I had to buy a replacement for a suddenly deceased Samsung phone (which BTW had problems with the battery overheating) and had no time for deliberation. The Motorola was the best and most cost effective option. It took a bit of effort to get the unlocked phone working as it should (and T-Mobile where I got the SIM card was of more help than Best Buy) but it's been like the proverbial Timex watch ever since. Make sure to get the 16gb version, You could pay more and get a lot less.

Has a lot of cool features, an awesome camera, nice texting keyboard, and you can even call and talk to people if anyone else even does that anymore! LOL

The phone is fast! This version has 2gb of memory ram. The screen is big and the pictures are awesome. I would recommend this phone to a friend

I was impressed with the Moto G performance. For the price and features it's the best buy out there. After researching many YouTube reviews, including many product reviews, I was happy to find this deal at Best Buy. Other competitors only sold the 2G with 16GB, and these were only offered online with a shipping wait time of at least one week. So I was very happy to find Best Buy offer of 4G with 16GB Memory online with in-store pick-up in one-day. Very happy for this deal as it was a time sensitive purchase.

This is by far the best unlocked phone for the money. It is waterproof and will do just about everything the $700 phones will do.

This is one of the better low priced android phones out there. Good battery life, quick processor, good camera and easy to use.

Basic smartphone at a great price. nice features such as automatic flashlight on and off with chopping motion. Con: Cannot zoom in and out on camera, Bonus: water resistant to 3'
