After a rocky start (communication between what Best Buy and T Mobile were telling me didn't match up), I was able to get the phone functioning. It is the best phone I've had, quality construction, clear calls and a really, really nice camera. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

This phone's only drawback that I could see was the none replaceable battery. Otherwise this phone is better than a lot of top of the line smart phones that cost $300 and upward

I decided to upgrade my peanut phone that I've had for 10 years. I was thinking of changing my service provider so I started looking for a phone that was unlocked. It surprised me that unlocked phones were not available in some stores. Selection small in stores that did carry them. Long story short, I found this Motorola phone at my local Best Buy. With help from the girl in the blue shirt, who answered my questions, I bought the phone. I have plowed through my learning curve and can say this is a good phone for me at this time. If the money is right I will eventually get a high end phone.

The phone works OK. It should have more memory for the Android 5 version it runs. Android 5 does not have an option to default new programs to the external SD card so the memory is going to fill very quickly.

I bought this phone for my boyfriend on the recommendation from my brother. It has a very sturdy non-slip cover, but he has managed to drop it, from various heights, not intentionally, and it has landed face down on most occassions, and yey somehow remains intact. It has a great functioning camera, that initially is a little complicated, but once you figure out that you need to swipe to bring the menu options out, you're good! A little low on memory, but we solved that by purchasing a 16GB SD card, which in total, was still cheaper than buying the 16GB phone.

Bought this to be sure that I had a phone that had some water resistance when riding. Dont' need nFC or other fancy technology. Just want a phone that I can email, etc. on and this fits the bill.

I bought this for my dad who had never owned a cell phone before. Having had the Moto G 2nd gen, I knew that it was going to be a quality device and easy to use. I was not disappointed. This device is better than the 2nd gen and provides additional features such as NFC and a better camera along with more RAM. None of that really matters to my dad because he mainly uses it to call and use basic internet on it, but it is nice that a device at this price range can get the same job done as ones that are twice and three times the cost.

Affordable unlocked smart phone with all nice features. Camera is really good. Its a durable model. It works even outside of the US(supporting international SIM cards).

I had this phone for a few weeks now. It works great and no problem. It has all the features i need. I use it with T-mobile prepaid plan.

Had a 4 or more year old LG. Good phone for its time. This new Motorola phone is great and I am pleasantly surprised by the many features. Still learning about some of them. Also appreciated how easy it was to move my information from my old phone to the new Motorola.
