Had to return the phone. Worked okay but put a contact in blocked status and Motorola could not fix, cell provider could not fix either.

Okay phone rust is good if you are looking for a mid budget phone.

After ordering this phone online through Best Buy and it arrived it needed to be activated for my carrier US Cellular. Best buy could NOT activate it so I went 30 miles to TWO different US Cellular phone centers. Neither one of them could activate this particular model of Motorola. Back to Janesville to return the phone which I did with no hassle. Yeah.. Checked my latest Visa card bill and Best Buy had credited me the $300.00 + a few $$. Then I looked at my current charges and here is another $300.00 + a few $$ on my bill. Now I get to drive back to Janesville Best Buy to get this charge removed. I do not like to phone in the complaint as I believe a face to face resolution is much quicker. I'll find out I guess soon.

After carefully reviewing the Best Buy website and consulting with Best Buy store tech staff who confirmed this product would work with Sprint, the Unlocked Motorola - Moto G (4th Generation) was ordered. It arrived as scheduled. Then it went downhill fast. (1) We took the phone to the store and tech staff were unable to make it work with Sprint. (2) So we took it to the Sprint store where staff told us this phone is not supported by them, which contradicts the Best Buy webpage. (3) So we returned to Best Buy to return the phone. We were told a "$15 return charge" applies. Fortunately, a sympathetic manager kindly waved the charge. Unfortunately, future Best Buy purchases are unlikely.

From the description of this MOTO G, this phone had all the bells and whistles. It did, but you need to take the time to read up on it as it is not so user friendly, Not to mention, very poor battery life.

Purchased this as a gift for parent in india. This is an unlocked phone, but still does not work with any gsm carrier in India. Total waste of money

Didn't have compass Sim card jack is not working. I returned this item. Also having this in black. But I didn't like it.

The phone was great for a month, then the touch screen had what Lenovo (Motorola is owned by Lenovo) called a ghost touch that kept getting worse. Customer support said $25 to send replacement, $75 for the scratch on the case, and $75 held until I return the old phone. They DO tax you on the hold money. Had this happen on 2 of them now. Returns and replacements will cost more than the phone with Motorola!!

Had Wifi connection issue since the first day receiving the cell phone. Called BestBuy customer service but guy told me to return the phone to the store without even trying to help!!! Not sure why BestBuy pays those technical folks if they won't even try to help other than telling me to return to the local store.

So far, I couldn/t recommend this phone. After the interrmitent screen behavior, the screen began showing stripes and losing brightness. I contacted Motorola two days ago. They sent something right away that I replied to with the necessary info and have not heard back

I purchased this phone to replace my old Galaxy S5 and dodge Verizon's line charge with 2 years contract. 1st, it works with Verizon. I just inserted Verizon SIM and the phone recognized the network right away. Package came with Mini SIM Card adapter, Wall charger, and Manual. No earphone is included. 2nd, 13MP camera is lack of quality. When I compare to Galaxy S4, S5, or LG G4, G5, the resolution of camera disappointed me. 3rd, some useful and attractive action features. Chop Twice for Flashlight-Make a chopping motion to turn flashlight on/off, Flip for Do Not Disturb-Place the phone face down to silence notifications and calls, Pick up to stop ringing-Lift the phone when it rings to immediately switch it to vibrate, Twist for Quick Capture-Twist your wrist twice quickly to open camera anytime. 4th, 2GB RAM might ask you a little bit of patience. Compared to Galaxy S5, it is slightly slower to load some heavy apps, photos, or videos. 5th, OMG-No Notification LED- I was surprised. The specification on Best Buy website didn't mention it, but it is missing Notification LED for charging, fully charged, Message, or notifications from apps. Instead of the LED, this phone dims in/out on screen for notification. 6th , easy transfer from old phone. While setup process, this phone prompts "Nearby Device Setting" for easy and fast transfers Contacts, Apps, and Settings from old phone via Wi-Fi. 7th, very light apps to fly. It doesn't come with tons of useless apps from flagships. Just loaded with essential apps needed. Overall, I am satisfied with the features and price :)
