We appreciate you have one of our phones. The phone is a stock android phone which is why it doesn't Gallery app. The phone has its own built-in Gallery app which is the Google Photos which functions similar to the usual Gallery app. We haven't heard any reports about carrier service with this phone. Make sure you have a good signal in your area. You may call your service provider to check.

The screen is large, vivid and bright, and the body is well made (enough metal parts and doesn't look cheaply made). Comes with Android 7.0 with minimum bloatware. Tried it on Verizon and T-Mobile compatible MVNOs without any problems. This is a great phone for the price.

Flash light, auto vertical and horizontal switching display. Has GPS for maps and weather through Google. Turbo charging of battery and long lasting battery power. Very happy. Wish that a feature instruction booklet was provided but there is none. There are some instructions on YouTube.

It is the best phone I've had from several manufactures. The display is awesome, the lay out great, once you get used to not having a back button, the speed of the phone is much quicker than others costing up to 4 times as much. Havent had the phone very long, but so far I'm extremely happy with the purchase.
