I am new to smart phones, so I cannot compare to competitors. I can say that I am pleased with the keyboard. The keys are large enough to hit without fat-fingering them. Screen is bright. I am learning my way around with the help of the online manual. Set-up was pretty easy.

I really like this cell phone. There are a lot of good options on it. The processor is very fast. I do have a few issues that I just Google to resolve them. The big issue I haven't figured out is the volume goes to mute often for no apparent reason, very frustrating!

This was a great little phone for the price. I have a Moto X Pure and the specs were in line with that phone for the most part. Unfortunately, I returned the phone because my son wanted something smaller. I'd definitely buy this for myself if I didn't have a phone already.

I have not found one thing to complain about. Didn't want a contract so I got this. Took it to Verizon and they put a SIm card in. (old phone had a different size card). Great battery life so far, and I have been pushing it to test it out. Thinking of getting my wife one soon.

I bought this camera for my son. The voice reception is exceptionally clear and the camera has high clarity. I liked that the Best Buy team associates could activate the phone when the Verizon associates said it was not compatible with their system and could not activate it.

Of years of buying nothing but Samsung and LG phones this is the very first Motorola phone I've owned and so far it far exceeds my expectations topping so far the model phones I've owned previously, Great Job Lenovo and Motorola give yourselves a pat on your backs you all deserved it!!!

After years of always getting flagship phones, i'm very pleased with this. Moto G plus is well worth it and lives up to my other phones. I bought this for a travel phone and now I will always look into these budget friendly phone before I get another top of the line phone

This was an upgrade for me from 3rd gen., more memory, better (much) camera and the ease of the Motorola systems. Comes with all the bells and whistles most users want...

Functionality of a more expensive phone at a good price. Big screen for old eyes and fat fingers. I hope this phone will work as well overseas as it does here, one of the primary reasons I bought it. Staff at Best Buy were knowledgable and helpful... Glad I bought the phone there.

My son lost his Moto G4 into the lake, so we started shopping for his new replacement. Finally he chose the G5. It is little bit smaller. I ordered online. 3 days After we picked up in the store, the price dropped from $229 to $199. I called the Best-Buy and get the $30 credit.

I didn’t purchase this product for me but for an employee of mine, he’s had it for a while now and doesn’t have too many complaints, it’s not an IPhone but not bad for price

There are a few quirks about it however the phone is great. Fast. Lot faster than my old one. Graphics are clear. One of the quirks is you have to go through hoops to assign special ringtones. Quirks as I said . Nothing that would stop me from getting this phone again

It is a good phone with fast camera and responsive fingerprint. The android version is not the best so you can not do much. The camera is fast but fuzzy pictures in low light environment. You can not use your mp3 for ringtone. Moto G5s plus is better deal.

I needed to upgrade my son’s 3 year old Moto X and I was looking for something with good specs at a cheap price. This smartphone is perfect. My son loves the fingerprint scanner and the expandable memory slot. I loved the low price. Excellent value for the money.

This phone performs, overall, just as a higher end phone would for a fraction of the price. I read multiple professional reviews before purchasing the phone, and all gave it high marks in multiple categories, and my experience with the phone proves they are all accurate.

This is probably the best budget phone available. I purchased this when my wife's Nexus 6P broke and had to be sent in for 10 days of repair. The phone performed admirably and I will be keeping it around for a backup phone and consider Motorola for future primary phones.

The Motorola G+5 is an excellent phone for the money. The screen is smooth as well as the operation. It quickly glides effortlessly into each operation. The phone is not too large for the hand and the screen is large enough to view without having to squint.

The phone has good camera but the overall quality is not that great. The screen doesn't even handle summer sun. The screen is discolored and the top part is not working any longer.

This is an excellent phone, especially for the price. I mostly surf the web, watch Netflix, and text so I don't know what this phone will do for gamers. I do know it's fast and loaded with features. If you don't require the latest and greatest, this is a good one.

I needed a phone with more memory than my LG Stylo. This phone has performed much better than previous lower cost entry phones. I am still learning all the features...not so easy for someone in his mid sixties. I would recommend to a friend.
