Phone calls to anyone is very low even in high settings in volume. I could barely hear them. The video quality is very bad when you send it to someone and they could barely see it. Phone is good on other things but not these things and I found out so many people have same issues and there is no support from motorola on this G5 plus phones. This is my first smart phone and I had a old keyboard phone from samsung and that one even was better than this. I am so disappointed and unhappy. I wish I never bought this phone.

Amazing phone in every aspect. The only thing I didn't like is that after using it for more than 30mins, it heats up. Though it's not that bad and I still like the phone. Thumbs up.

Excellent starter phone for first time smart phone buyer. Taking time to learn how to use but it is worth the effort. Living up to its billing as the best budget smart phone on the market.

After a year and a half it will drop in performance and cannot handle android auto compared to the used s8 I'm now using.

This might not be a high end phone but it sure thinks it is. Excellent quality,right size,fast and reliable. Perfect for someone needing a phone to do the basics and even more.

Didn't want to spend a lot money on a new phone, so this fit the bill. I knew it had limitations compared to high-end $300. + phones, but it does have a very good memory.

I hate this phone. Terrible reception, constant crackling sounds. I took the one back for this reason and got a replacement phone, but this one has the same issue. This is a piece of trash don't waste your time. I will be returning this second phone tomorrow.

We really like this phone. So glad it was an unlocked phone. We just put old sim card into it and everything was on new phone. We changed Mobile phone company and everything went smoothly

The phone feels the right size, right texture. Its bigger than my last phone but still fits in my pocket. So far so good. The security measures are nice and the ringer is LOUD.

This phone is great! It comes with android's newest Nougat operating system. Easy to operate, fast speeds, great camera. Everything you want out of a smart phone for a reasonable price.

The only glitch was the Moto site said this phone was compatible with Verizon. It isn't. Apparently there are different serial numbers for the same phone/model. So I switched to AT&T.

Good Motorola cell with limitations. Unable to opens Google maps or choose what network I like. But other than not a good customer service it is a good Motorola cell as usual.

Phone has worked like expected. It glitches every once in a while. A restart fixes the problems to this point. Bought this phone for my college age daughter. So far so good!

The Moto 5 plus is the best phone i have ever owned. It start up and set up are easy along with setting the security finger prints and passwords. Great for gaming and watching movies.

My first smartphone. Much less expensive than an iPhone and, with only an old iPod touch to compare to, I suspect that it's more versatile. Lots of features not yet explored, also.

I switched from an iPhone to the Motorola. For the price point, this is a great smartphone. My only complaint is getting to voicemail. Voicemail is much nicer on the iPhone.

Great price. Excellent phone. A good size without being bulky. Sharp, clear screen. Quick. Haven't used all its features yet but I'm impressed. Great value. Nice job Lenovo/Motorola.
