This phone was a great deal and customer service was good. Best Buy gave a better deal than Verizon

I've had this phone for six months and while my initial impression was good, it's gone downhill from here. The only saving grace is the battery life -- I can go two days before needing a charge. It's also a nice size, a bit heavy, and a good screen. But that's quickly shadowed by the problems -- poor cell reception with the phone never even notifying me for some calls; the camera quality is poor and becomes blurry at the slightest zoom; I've frequently had the phone randomly delete photos after they're saved to the gallery; the phone frequently jams up while typing or types multiples of a single letter at once, and now the phone is finicky to charge. (I have yet to determine whether it's the phone itself or the charging cable, but it's frustrating for something that's not even a year old.). I'm still deciding what to do (I need my phone for work, which doesn't provide a work cell, so a phone that doesn't work can quickly become a big issue) and my previous experiences with Moto were great, but this one is definitely not going to last long.

Good hardware, good form factor, camera good (not as good as Pixel). Great price for value. Enjoying it!

Bought phone to upgrade from 3G phone being obsoleted. Gross overkill for my needs. Does seem to be a good phone.

The phone works easy. It has a long battery life. I haven't missed any messages since getting this phone.

5G on T-Mobile band 71 (600Mhz). Loud stereo speakers. Good screen. Great price. King of good budget phones!

Such a nice upgrade to my previous phone. The battery life seems to be at least twice of that of my last phone.

Clear display, Dolby stereo sound, lots of Storage, fingerprint security, responsive and fast, endless camera & video enhancements like slo-mo, zoom, auto-smile, etc., and I like the added "Moto Gesture" features like quick capture and fast flashlight. I definitely recommend buying this phone!

Easy to use. I've only had 8 days so far. But so far I'm pleased with it.

Very happy with the phone so far, it was easy to setup. The battery seems to last as advertised.

For the money, it is a solid buy, hard to find a case for but with a little online searching was able to find.

The phone has handy shortcuts like shaming twice to turn the flashlight on and off or flipping over to to ringing. But the most useful do far has been the preinstalled phone screening app - good-bye telemarketers!

Phone i awesome. I used the phone for a little over a year after upgrading from the previous model. I sold both models and now went with a 5G. The battery life is incredible and with a good case and glass protector, the phone is very durable. I'd recommend ot anyone. The person that used it did everything on it --taling, texting, streaming app etc and no issues at all.

Great battery life, good interface and a nice price. Camera is good, but not exceptional, thus 4 of 5 stars.
