I find this phone to be really great and completely fulfilling my needs at a reasonable price. I don't feel the need to spend hundreds more. Battery lasts a couple of days for me with moderate use. Responsive, low amount of bloatware, unlocked, what's not to like? I was able to purchase on the activation deal on an existing VZW line. The carrier did charge me an upgrade fee for that luxury, but I still saved money over the full price.

Like it so far. Had a G 7 power before. Great battery life like the 7. Camera little better, like the ultra wide shot. Good storage space, I added a 128GB card so I'm good to go.

Unlocked is the way to go. 10 minutes from installing sim card to downloads done and phone ready to go. Phone solid and of fine quality. Screen beautiful, stereo sound loud and full. First phone I have had where I had to turn it down when watching videos. I'm very impressed for a $250.00 phone. Quality is way above what you would have expected for the price. And being unlocked not all that carrier garbage on it

Got this bc it was the cheapest/best unlocked option i could get i a limited window LG g8x inopperable Pretty good for music/media, doesnt come close to G8x...but still better than a vanilla build. Got lint stuck in the hp jack with an added "plan" was not able to fix the issue so i canceled the plan as it served no purpose...even phone speciallists couldnt fix the hp jack. I somewhat regret not buying an unlocked G8x. But the phone has no flaws at its price point and handles GPS/tracking apps for my job and the battery isnt anyissues as well.

I love Motorola phones. I'm not an iphone or $800 phone fanatic and don't see the value it brings at all. A few "S" models may be nice but definitely not worth 2-3x more than this phone. Phones are replaced every 2-3 years so this bring great value. I don't think it's slow at all, either. If you play a lot of intense games, then you may want something else but for a majority of people who surf the web, IG, make calls, etc, its pretty good. It is a little heavy compared to the Pix, but the pix is also 3x bigger and has a smaller battery. Get a good case and you'll have peace of mind for 3 years

I had the G6 for a few years which I liked a lot, but after I let the battery run out a couple times then I had to recharge it mid day and it had slowed down. The G power runs all day and use 15-30 % of a charge for me and runs a lot faster. I like the new extras and I am very happy with it. Price is rediculous! 20-30% of a new I phone or Samsung.

This phone is fast, have enough memory and storage space, great style, latest version of Android, big screen and take awesome photos with low light conditions. It was a great change from my old Moto E and a recommended option for people looking for a cheap phone with great features. Definitely better option than LG Stylus 6. The Android version that this phone come with, has plenty of new characteristics. One of these is the Caller ID & spam recognition, which is very useful.

Upgraded to this phone from my four-year-old Moto-E, which I really liked, but needed a bigger screen and more memory. The Moto G Power is a great phone, has phenomenal battery life between charges, and delivers on all its advertised features. Have had it a week and still learning all it can do. The price is great for all the features & memory it has. Would not hesitate to recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably-priced android that really delivers on performance.

I really enjoy using my Motorola G Power cell phone. It is a very good phone for the price. Even though it is considered a budget phone, I feel the features it has are high quality and sufficient for what I need. The camera takes very good pictures, the screen is large and the colors are vivid, it has dual speakers so the sound is high enough when playing videos/listening to music, and it easy to navigate. I like the size of the phone; it's large enough, but not too large and heavy, It also has a long battery life. It is a very good phone that doesn't break the pocket book.

Great price and on the shelf at Best Buy. Been looking for Moto G Power to replace 2 family phones. Older MOTO G4s. Set up the phones per directions in phone package and SIM kits. Went online to our respective provider accounts, initiated chat session with CSR. Less than 15 minutes later we had new phones activated while retaining number and existing balance and service date. Phone goes for days between charges, never gets hot while taking photos or video or playing podcasts. Great camera and very clear screen. Body is a little slippery feel in hands, but with a phone case took care of that.

First and foremost, its a Motorola, this is the toyota of the phone world, cheap, bulletproof, and always reliable Specs are as follows. 5000 mah battery (generally about 3 days on one charge, 2 and a half for a power user) Snapdragon 664 8 core 4gb Ram 64GB ROM 1080p screen (Mostly stock and pure) Android 10 cause moto 3 cameras Plastic back panel so no dropping it and having the back shatter? All for $180??? Why are you still reading this review and not buying this? If this thing had wireless charging it would give the Iphone SE 2020 a run for its money.

I have owned nothing but Motorola phones from day one going all the way back to Droid 1. After my Droid Turbo 2 got outdated, I got a Moto G6 which had a glass back that shattered. I have never broken a phone! So I called Motorola and asked which phone had the best battery life and did not have a glass back and the told me the Moto G Power. I ordered one from Best Buy online, picked it up the next day and couldn't be happier. Battery life is great like my Droid Turbo 2, it's sleek like my Moto G6 and works great so far. Screen graphics are clear and the Camera is good.

Both my wife and myself bought two of these phones and have really enjoyed the upgrades from our Moto G 5 plus phones. The camera is slightly better and the screen is crisp and clear. The sound seems better too. The others were running low on battery time after two years so we knew it was time to upgrade. The 50000 miliamp battery is great. Even after playing Pokemon go and using the phone calling relatives out of state they have more than enough power for two days. My wife gets 2 1/2 days out of her phone because she doesn't play any games like I do.

This is easily the best phone I've ever had. I was using a Google Pixel (original) that was pretty fast, but the battery life was terrible. The battery on that phone lasted from 7 AM until 5 PM maybe. This Moto phone has the same speed (maybe even a little faster than the Pixel). The battery on THIS phone with the same amount of usage as the Pixel....3 DAYS on a charge!!!!! AMAZING! I even have the screen set to 90% brightness. Motorola always has phones with the best batteries, but this one hits the mark on all other aspects as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

-Probably going to get about 2 years of security updates if Motorola's past performance is an indicator. If this is a primary concern, consider that the price of most higher end phones doesn't really make them worth it if you're gonna toss it when it runs out of support anyway. -Battery life is monstrous for light usage, I can go 3-4 days with a couple hours of calls and a couple hours of music/bluetooth a day, or a 1hr bluetooth+gps+strava+spotify (no screen) uses only 4-5%. There is nothing less than 2x the price, maybe 3x with better battery life than this hog. -Screen is adequate for all practical purposes, after all, it's still Retina at about 9" from your face. Color accuracy leaves a bit to be desired but, who cares at this price? -Unlocked from Bestbuy for less than a locked one from Verizon - existing Verizon SIM works fine out of the box as expected. -It's huge - the Project Ara modular phone concept was only 0.1mm thicker than this. -Despite relatively slow charging, the amazingly long battery life means this isn't really a problem at all, and with 5v 2A it barely gets warm at all. More capacity and less heat means it should last longer, too - even if you use the crap out of it, I imagine it won't be totally shot in 2 years. -It's plastic, but, I'd rather it be that way - don't have to worry about breaking the back of it, too. -Performance is more than adequate for anything but games, but I'm sure it plays Fortnite OK. -MicroSD is great, bring back removable batteries (and I can't believe it's not possible when it's this thick already) -Call quality is excellent, and the speakers are actually some of the best in the biz (but they're still cell phone speakers! lol) -I would wager it's likely to get decent LineageOS and/or PostmarketOS support in the future (based on general support of Motorola's previous devices)

Very good for a $250 phone. Has a great battery at 5,000 mAh and performance-wise the phone is a jack of trades that doesn't sacrifice too heavily in any area. If you don't have any specialized needs like heavy gaming or professional-quality photos then you can't go wrong with it. I just wouldn't expect very high durability out of it but a case and screen protector will only add marginally to the cost.

For the $172 I spent on this phone, it's probably worth at least 2 times more. I haven't experienced any issues like slow downs. It does a good job of managing memory. Battery life is incredible. Minimal usage will get you days of use. Normal usage will probably get you 2 days. The camera is great with good lighting. It gets very grainy with low light. The wide lens is even worse with low light. I would definitely recommend this phone if you don't want to spend a lot of $$$. Motorola has a great line of affordable phones.
