2.0 gigahertz octa, 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM expandable, nice cameras, no bloatware: couldn't ask for more at $274 plus tax. I'm a current Cricket customer since 2010 as there's no greater value with 2 phones 5GB data each for $70/month. I haven't spent more than $50 on a phone since I bought a Galaxy 5 right before Cricket was bought out by AT&T. I spent $600 and then 6 months later told my phone wouldn't be compatible on new GSM network, so it's been a while to get over that. You can imagine my surprise when I read an article stating I could just swap SIM cards with an unlocked phone, didn't have to buy from Cricket or pay $25 upgrade fee. I recommend this phone, the specifications & price speak for themselves. Thanks Best Buy you made me a believer!

So far I absolutely love this phone! It is just the right size, quick, great resolution, and has an amazing front and rear camera. I'm kind of confused with the gallery, though. With my old phone, when you took a picture, you could click from within the camera to review the photos you've just taken, but this phone doesn't seem to have this option. I couldn't even find a gallery app on the phone, so I ended up downloading one that my previous phone had. It's very annoying to have to click out of the camera and go into another app to check the photo you've just taken. Also, I was very disappointed to find out that I cannot screen share or cast this phone to our Smart TV. I had really hoped to be able to do that. Other than those two issues, this is an excellent phone and I've had no problems with it. Definitely saved me a TON of money buying it this way, instead of from Verizon, and I would do it again (except for checking to make sure screen sharing is an option with the next one)!

Very nice camera. Kind of hard to hang on to because it's so thin, but fits in my pocket nicely. We'll see how I like it over time.

My MOTO G5S has been awesome since getting it. The screen size is great, the screen is clear and it is easy to hold the phone. Features are easily laid out and there are many options for tones. Great phone!

Not too big. As an unlocked phone it is nicely missing all the Verizon bloatware. Phone sounds great and battery lasts more than a day. Much better sensitivity than previous phone which was a Samsung.

I love this phone, especially the price for the value!!! This phone does everything those high end phones do without the $600+ price tag, and it's unlocked. I recommend this phone to everyone.

Overall I have been very pleased. I have been pleasantly surprised with all the features but even more so with the battery.

This phone is a definite upgrade from my older Samsung phone. It's much faster in responding and relatively intuitive to use. The battery life is more than adequate for me since I'm a pretty basic user.

I made the mistake of getting a 16GB Samsung phone from my carrier (free, thankfully) and found myself having to uninstall or move apps almost daily. Going to a 64GB phone has really improved my experience, as well as double the RAM my old phone had. My only complaint about this phone, and it's the common complaint you'll see, is that the cameras aren't great. You'll really notice it most in low-light situations. My old Samsung phone just took much better photos, and it's the only thing I miss.

Excellent android phone for reasonable price. I have been using android for years, and primarily used Nexus or other "stock" devices. Moto does a good job of enhancing the already refined Google OS.

Love the Motorola Android phones and this lovely metal model is no exception. Great feel, good features decent screen size and lots of bang for the buck, for everyday tasks.

This phone is fast, has a loud speaker and has plenty of internal memory. If 64 gb of storage isn't enough you can throw a memory card in the phone and use it as adoptable storage.

It's a basic phone I really love the battery life and the fast charge I just wish it had wireless charging

BestBuy was great at ordering and activating our phone. Always helpful. This phone has a lot of fun features and lots of memory so I can have all the apps I really want.

First one failed to boot, no "secret" fix, store employee seemed irritated that I was impatient with his incessant "attempts" to get it to boot. It was dead, plain and simple. Then switched me over to an already busy other sales associate, he had no empathy that it caused additional wait for me. Now, 2 years later it got fully bloated and slow despite saying it had plenty of memory in reserve. Nothing I did fixed it, clearing cache, other tips an tricks. Finally did a hard reset, wiped it clean, put a new memory card in and it's FAR better. Last, it's sorely disappointing that a 2 year old phone stops receiving updates from Motorola, who was ALWAYS 2 months behind others with their updates. Call Motorola or Best Buy and talk to them about it? They act like you are a dinosaur and that your phone is "too old" and only seem fixated on SELLING me a new one. I DONT buy bleeding edge nor leading edge releases, just because I wait a year does NOT make me a dinsaur. Knock off the attitude about 2 year old phones being "too old" to care about..

I needed a smartphone with a good amount of memory and it came in this cute rose gold color. Motorola is a good brand and this phone has been good to me

The phone is exactly what expected, very good camera, fast and great value and looks really good.

This is the best phone I have purchased in the last few years and the best thing is that I pay less than half that the last Samsung that I bought two years ago

The price was unbeatable for the features and speed of this unlocked phone. It is great that it works on all networks. The gold tone is very pleasing to the eye.
