Signal strength is worse than other phones on same carrier. The power button also broke after dropping it less than a foot, it's not durable. We activated the phone through best buy and after 2 months of frustration we were forced into a buy out for the full price but finally got everything else Best Buy did to screw up our Verizon account handled, including hundreds of dollars in charges. This was the second phone we activated through Best Buy and we will never do it again.

As for the phone, it was for my mother in law and she hasn’t broken it yet. If it survives her, it’s a tremendous phone!
