Sounds great on both ends of the conversation. I've tried the different size gels and I'm still having trouble keeping it in my ear.

I have small ear canals, thus using the smallest earpiece provided, if I'm not careful it will fall out. Any suggestions?

This bluetooth is amazing! The battery life is 3 hours before you have to charge it. A lot of people love it because it's like the earbud from the movie "Her". Its very comfortable. The Mic had no problems picking up my voice and I didn't have to scream loud for the caller to hear me.

Looks good but performs badly. After one use it does not to recharge and connect again to phone. When I went to Best Buy store no acceptable support for device and Motorola call support is unable to resolve. The only solution is to replace. I replaced three times and same result.

This is easily the best bluetooth headset i've ever owned. It turns on when you put it in your ear and shuts off when you take it out. Sound quality could be 1 notch higher but honestly it's fantastic for being so small. Also, if you're in a loud room you just gotta cup your hand while you give it commands to answer/ignore/call/siri/etc.

Works well in most places, except my apartment(?)...

It is neat on its own. It is tiny, has a charging case, and reads off caller ID. With my Galaxy Note 4, it doesn't do the cool "okay Google" thing that it can with Moto X/G/E devices, but it is still cool. Combine it with an Android wear watch (I have the Samsung Gear Live) and a dialer/phone wear app, and its awesome. Two small things: The passthrough audio is turned off by default. Turn it on by "holding" on the button for 10 seconds, and it will read each setting for you. Turn it on there. It has an odd sound to it when its on, like a high pitch ring, but that might just be me. Also, I can't get the voice search button to launch Google Now. Just the stupid Voice Actions app from a few android versions ago (froyo)
