First let me say I was super nervous about getting this headset because it just fits in your ear with nothing to really hold it in there like a loop around the ear. With that being said I'm extremely happy with this aspect. It has not fallen out of my ear or even slipped not once. I have Cerebral Palsy and walk on crutches so a bluetooth headset has been my friend for years. I had previously owned two Motorola Sliver II both ended up tearing up by literally falling apart at the seams. I have read other reviews for this product that said the 150 Ft distance from your phone wasn't accurate, however, I have an iPhone 6 with 4.0 bluetooth technology which is also what this headset has and I have had no problems with the distance away from the phone. The volume on the headset is a little weird in that there are no volume buttons on the headset you use your phone to adjust the volume but I used to have my other headset up full blast and I actually had to turn this one down because it was too loud. As far as the noise cancellation it's much improved over my other headsets. I was on the phone with my mom making noise with a plastic bag and she didn't reply "What are you doing? Your blowing my eardrums." Later in the conversation I asked her about it she said could hear it but it wasn't loud or bothersome. The battery seems to hold a charge better than previous headsets and it didn't get completely charged before I needed to use it. I also like the charger case. It closes completely over the headset while charging so even though the headset is tiny there is no risk of losing it on the go if your not wearing it. Another plus if the case is charged you can charge you headset about 4 times before needing to charge the case again. I like the fact that there are no buttons on the headset you simply lay your finger on it and it to make or end a call. When you take it out of the charger you simply put it in your ear and it comes on all by its self. Cons: If you take it off the charger and don't put it in your ear within 10 minutes you need the wireless charger case to wake it up. If by some chance you don't have the charger case with you at that moment you have to wait until you do to use your ear piece. My ear is a little sore but I have a small ear and I've been wearing it all day.

This bluetooth device was OUTSTANDING, at first. It was reliable, sturdy, and always ready. I couldn't wait to use it for my phone & Lap top. Then after about 1 year, it took, at least, 5 times to get it to work when I put it in my ear. The battery life quickly went down. It was a good initial purchase, but it only really lasted a year.

Now this is a great headset. Lightweight, easy to use, and no complaints for callers on the other end. Highly recommended.

I returned the unit but I really think I would have kept it if just one of the cons was addressed. I'll keep my eye out for the third generation Moto Hint. pros: -Size, fit, style -Phone call audio quality is clear even in the wind -Ease of use and pairing (2014 Moto X) cons: -Pricey -Sound quality is pretty mediocre especially at high volume (which doesn't actually go very high). -Ability to capture 'ok google' commands correctly is ok in quiet environments, but it stops working well when even a little background noise is introduced. -Notwithstanding ability to recharge on the go, battery life seems too short.

I returned this item because it did not fit my style of usage so I will not write anything positive or negative.

I was looking for something I would not worry about falling out. But many times I find it loose and falling out.

Very good low profile device but I find it dropping the Bluetooth connection about once every twenty calls.

The salesman said this was a good product, he was right. I have to talk at times while I am working outside for my job. It doesn't knock out all the wind, but most of it. I am happy with it.

This little baby works great! small unable to see but hear SO clearly. As you place in your ear it tells you how much time you have left. Holds it's charge WELL.

Only 3hrs talk maybe less with for listening to music. When talking I have been told a couple of times that they can't hear me that I sound very far away.

It's work's a little over priced if you ask me.The volume is nice I must admit

It is not easy to fit and hold in your ear. I ended up not using it at all.

This is the second bluetooth that I purchase. This bluetooth is not worth the money. It never stay connected and when it is connected you can barely hear the caller through the bluetooth. I will be returning this item.
