After reading the reviews, I thought this phone would be a good purchase. I wasn't totally comfortable buying an unlocked phone and I probably would not do it again. The entire process was time consuming and there is always a wait to get help. I didn't feel the phone wasn't very user friendly and I didn't like the email server. Contacts are not easy to find because you have to scroll through them all, there is no alphabet bar. I returned this product with no hassles, other than a wait at the store.

I actually feel like I wasted money earlier on high end phones like galaxy 6, note 5 etc... this is really best phone. Anil

This is a plain pure phone and that's the way l liked it. I wanted a Bloatware free phone, which is met by this phone. Size, SD Card compatibility is all available which is not there in NEXUS or Samsung phone also.

This phone works on any network. I can move with out needing a new phone. Screen is beautiful and clear. My only complaint which took off a star is no irBlaster(infrared).

Bought as an emergency phone while family members phone was being fixed. They liked it so much they are using it instead of repaired LG V10. It is causing me to rethink semi annual purchase of expensive phones.

The phone is great...It's met all of my needs and I guess the only complaint I have is that when turning off the cell it only has a turn off option, it doesn't have a restart option..But it's not a big deal.

I am a nexus fan, and I am incredibly satisfied with this phone. I bought it as a cheap phone to get me through until my next upgrade, but I won't be upgrading now because this phone is so good for the cost.

My son was up for a renewal through ATT but they didn't have this phone in stock. He was able to purchase it at Best Buy and activate it via ATT without any trouble. Thankful for Best Buy's wonderful inventory.

I love this phone. This is my third Moto X. It has features that I didn't even know I wanted or needed. Knows when I'm driving and read texts and answers the phone without having to take it out of my purse.

The Moto X Pure is an excellent smartphone. It is well designed with expandable memory. I like the look and feel of the phone. I got this phone unlocked and use it to not be in a cellular service contract.

Motorola practically invented cell phones. This one is their best. I would spend a few extra dollars and get the 64 GB model.

This phone is great. It has a lot of cool new features. The only problem I had with it is the Bluetooth. For some reason it only connects sometimes if at all.

Good basic phone, but nothing special, after coming from a 1st gen. Moto X this thing is huge and requires two hands to operate. But for the price it can't be beat.

This phone is exceptional the ability it have is outstanding takes pictures in the dark as time delay slow motion videos the phone is just a great item in my opinion I actually purchased a second one.

Durable, huge screen, bright, good sound... much cheaper than Samsung or iPhone, but very good, and for sure a higher value-for-money! I will consider to buy Motorola again for sure!

excellent phone for work and fun. Super fast, tons of features and excellent media recording. The downside: screen cracks too easily even with a screen protector---get a full body protector for it!

I had my eye on this phone for awhile. Good specs at a good price. Nice upgrade from Samsung S3. Big difference. Smooth operation . Can listen to Pandora and do directions from Google maps at same time.

The only problem I have with the phone is that it is designed to shut off all data when on a phone call. This is the first smart phone I've had that does this.

The phone is reasonably well made but does not have the zing and sparkle of premium phones like Samsung galaxy Note series. Software is minimum which makes it fast. The phone dialer UI looks cheap and not well made, making adding phone numbers to existing contacts impossible. Hardware craftsmanship still not as good as LG, nor is its file manager software. I bought this because it's unlocked and ready to be activated on carrier of my choice. To that end it served its purpose.
