The Motorola - Moto X Pure 4G with 64GB Memory Cell Phone (Unlocked) - Bamboo, would get a 5 star rating if the battery lasted longer. It has plenty of storage for music and movies and changes between apps very fast. The screen is the one feature that sold me on this model as it is large and the touch screen seems very accurate. The camera is more than I expected from a phone and the bamboo finish gets loads of compliments.

I have had the phone for about a month now and this was an upgrade from Samsung G5 for me. The immediate difference is that there is no bloatware on the phone, which in some instances is great and others not so great. The stock e-mail app on the Samsung was perfect for my work emails as it is hosted on a MS Exchange server and the new email notifications were better. Now I have been using the stock Google App and it is a bit of getting use. If you don't check your phone often, you will miss out on new email notifications (same goes for texts etc) for me that has been a bit of a negative. One other issue that I have had is with keeping the phone connected to my car via Bluetooth. The positives have been many. The stock OS was 5.0.1 and it has upgraded to 6.0 on it's own OTA without having to wait for the manufacturer to push it out. Love this feature. There is plenty of builtin storage 64 GB and expandable via micro SD card a huge bonus because I have a lot of music and I take a lot of pictures. Some people have said that the camera is not so good but I think the camera is just fine. Most importantly for me ... the phone works great! I have better signal quality than I had with the Samsung. If you have any questions about this phone, I would recommend that you go to a Best Buy store and the people there will be able to assist you and answer any questions that you have. My review really is based on what the people at the Best Buy store told me the pros and cons were. I am over all happy with the purchase. Amazed at how well informed the crew at the store was.

Best phone I have ever owned. It's half the price of leading phones. Processor speed, RAM, camera pixels, memory, size, color choices, and especially the 2 front facing stereo speakers are equal to or above all other phones on the market. This phone has zero Bloatware which makes it fast and far superior to any other phone. Receives the latest Android firmware updates as fast as they come out so no waiting for months wondering. You can buy 2 of these phones for less than the price of the Galaxy S7/8, Note, iPhone 7/8, Moto Z, or Pixel phones. So buy now as I don't think they are going to make them any longer. Pictures are amazing. My phone can do anything that the best phone out there can do and sometimes better. Buy this phone. I have one in bamboo and bought a teal one for my niece.

This is a great phone and is at a great price for what you get. There are three storage levels and for what you get with the phone , its better than some higher end phones out there. It also has a sdcard card slot , which with android M, Makes the storage even better with a SD Card

I have had a lot of Motorola smart phones from the Atrix (with the first fingerprint unlock), Atrix 2 and most recently the Moto G. I was worried about the large size of this phone as I carry it in my front pocket, but the display is great. The reception of the phone is fine. Where this phone really shines is the camera, at 21 megapixels, it is increible how much you can zoom into pictures and see details. It also record 4K video. The internal storage is huge (64GB), but also allows for up to 200GB of microSD storage! This is the best phone I have ever used.

I love everything about this phone. The wrist action for the camera. The chopping action for the flashlight. The band 12 for T-Mobile. The battery life. The super fast charger. No bloat ware. The portability to other carriers, if you want. I love T-Mobile though. I take it into the T-Mobile store and even the T-Mobile guys and gals really like the phone. Just with the total memory that you can get with this phone is awesome. (64 plus a 128 micro sd card). I truly believe that there's no better deal out there than the Motorola pure edition.

I got this for my 15 yr old son since he had his last phone for 2 years. For the price, this phone is packed full of features and power! Awesome camera. It is fast and holds a ton of pictures with the built in 64 gb. I personally really like the bamboo, and so does my son. He gets a lot of compliments on how "cool" the phone looks. For a great phone with 2 year geek squad under $400, you can't go wrong!

This is my 1st smartphone, so not up to speed on anything regarding using it's features or apps. I can say that $ is very reasonable, solid construction & feels good in my hand. I did compare specs with other unlocked phones & this gave me most bang for the buck. It come with 6.0 android. Would have liked to have 4 GB VS 3 GB of ram, but since 1st phone I'll live with it considering others cost way more. I have long way to go with learning about these smart phones, so don't expect too much from me. Need to figure out settings to conserve battery, since I feel it's 3000 mAh should last longer then it currently does. I do like that it's a rapid chargeable battery, so for now if it does run down too low, it chargers quickly, but all the same, it's seldomly used & should last a lot longer. Having a long way to go with learning about using a smartphone much less this one I'll have to give update after using this phone. For now I can say, I'm still happy with my selection & expect it to fulfill my expectations once I've reached the novice stage at least. 1 last mention is this, Motorola needs to stop making so many changes regarding phones, because accessories are so very hard to find. I was fortunately able to find a Otter box defender series case for this since I'm contractor & need to protect from what it will have to endure!

LOVE the Moto phones, everything about them are great! My previous phone was a Moto X and this new one has not disappointed me. The battery lasts all day and charges super fast. Camera is awesome!! Got it for a great price, making it an even better deal.

I like the that it has alot more memory. The phone takes amazing pictures especially in darker condition. It is nice that there are two front speakers. Overall good phone for the price. The only complaint the battery life is not that long

This is a great phone. It is powerful, fast and has everything you need (except fingerprint reader and very newest things). It has huge storage, great battery, plays games and runs apps fast. It can run on basically every carrier. I am using it with Republic Wireless right now and it is working perfectly. I got this for my wife as a much needed upgrade. It is as good as my newer Moto Droid Z (other than the absence of fingerprint reader and a slightly faster processor). The battery in this lasts longer then the one in my Moto Z and this has twice the internal memory. The family plays Pokemon Go (pretty resource-intensive app) and this runs it well. The kids are jealous and we will probably be getting more of these on the next sale.

Excellent reception, I have bars when other phones don't. Easy setup and configuration, runs all Android apps I have tried so far. Unlocked, and ready to use anywhere. Tons of storage. Used it as a WiFi hotspot for over 8 hours once and still had over 25% of batteries left. Great camera too.

Outstanding standard features! Fantastic Stereo Sound !! Great camera options, just twist your hand & it's ready to go, QR & Barcode Reader are part of it. You decide a phrase/name you want for Moto Voice & train it to respond to your voice only & no touch required. Moto Voice is separate from Google Search but works seamlessly with it too. Fantastic for no hands use while driving! I love that it doesn't come with all the bloat-ware most phones have. It recharges Fast! I could go on & on but I'll let you have fun discovering the rest. Great price too!

I was really tired of being locked into a contract, so decided to go, "UnLocked". After months of reading reviews, and going over what unlocked phones can and cannot do, I picked the Moto X Pure. After I got the phone, I dropped Verizon, and signed up with T-Mobile. At first I thought that had been a mistake on both counts, as the Moto X didn't want to connect to the T-Mobile network. After working with both Motorola and T-Mobile I found that I only had to add a new Access Point to the phone, and now I'm happy with both Motorola and T-Mobile. I had been with Verizon for Decades, so will let you know if I'm still happy in another Decade or so..

I caught this phone on sale during a four hour flash sale and saved lots! It has a 21MP camera that takes great pictures and plenty of room for them with 64G memory. Also shoots great videos (even in 4K). And it is unlocked to use with most any carrier. I looked around for awhile at cell phones with good cameras and glad I chose this one. Took all my Christmas pictures this year with it and they all came out great! As far as cell phone features it is loaded with the latest Android software and there are tons of great software that you can download for free.

I've been using this for a couple months now. I researched a lot before buying. I have basically no complaints. It's bigger than "most" but after a couple days I didn't think about it. Easier to hold with a case or "bumper". The Turbo charger is awesome! So much faster than normal. I use this for my direct sales business and am constantly on it. One of the best cameras available on a phone. We've had multiple Motorola's over the years and will continue to buy them. I needed an amazing phone for the lowest price and that's what I got with this.

Was using a Blackberry before switching to this phone due to fading app support on the BlackBerry devices. Great Camera, fast performance, good build quality and a nice big display makes this a great device at a really good price point. Haven't any issues with the phone so far, everything just works like it should, if only all tech was this easy to use.

I did not give it 5 stars only because it was brand new when I bought it and occasionally my speaker acts up and chirps while the other person speaks sounding like they are underwater. I don't want to send it away for repair as it is occasional and therefore probably won't repeat the problem while they check it. Besides, I must have it for work. Beyond this one glitch it is an excellent phone. Unlocked and usable with any cell company. Great features like face recognition so phone won't go into sleep mode while you are looking at it.It has a couple of hand movement features I love, twist your wrist twice and the camera automatically comes on when the phone is off for spur of the moment photo capture and chop motion twice with phone in hand turns flashlight on or off. Volume is loud and clear compared to any phone I have had before. Camera is fantastic with great resolution too!
