I purchased this phone for my son. I was a great value on sale, and also a great way to get into a near flagship device without the heavy cost. Performance-wise I've had only praise for the device. I don't know exactly how he uses his phone, but if it was garbage he would tell me. The best buy team made the purchase quick and easy! Kudos!

I was in need of a phone due to my current phone not functioning properly, being a long time apple user I was hesitant but after using the phone for a couple months now I would recommend this Z4, the overall quality, speed and price it was a pleasant surprise.

I got this phone for a deal at $130 and for that price this is an excellent phone to have! My main reason for getting this phone is because I wanted a fully 5G capable phone but I didn't find a good phone in the market so I went with a cheap, yet fully capable phone. The phone's features I love are the moto gestures. They are incredibly useful and I use them everyday. They never false trigger in my pocket and only false trigger when I'm running with the phone in my hand. The screen is good but is likely a cheaper OLED panel. Unfortunately, software doesn't allow it to dim to very low brightness so using the phone in the dark will ruin your retinas. The camera is okay. I shoot in 4:3 to get the most quality in a standard photo ratio. I have issues with autofocus however. In the dark it tries to focus on the subject but loses focus often, making it very difficult to get a good shot during a concert. Overall, as a "transition" phone, this is an excellent phone. I had issues activating the phone on Verizon because Best Buy itself did not help me activate in store. Plus the Verizon bloatware is annoying but not necessarily the phone's fault.

Great camera and performance grea package over all

I got this phone $120 (with new line of service). Can't get better deal on excellent phone with 128 gm memory and 48MP front camera. For an icing on a cake it accepts all moto mods. For $125 I got Hasselblad True zoom mod attachment that has equivalent of 25-250mm zoom. 5G is coming to Denver, so I will be getting 5g mod soon.

Phobe was just what we wanted. However, the clerk was rude because he tried to make us pay all money up front on a USED phone when we told him we wanted monthly payments. The phone itself was an upgrade and the sound and video quality are good. And it plays games reasonably well. Great phone for kids.

The phone is great. The only thing that I don't like is where the speaker is now - on top. I am used to holding my Z with my finger covering the top since the speaker was on the bottom. I guess I will have to switch hands or adapt some way. The phone is WAY nice though. My mods continue to live.

So I have been a huge motorola fan for awhile. Unfortunately, the G line of phones doesn't include the most powerful features or the best camera. The nice thing about the MotoZ4 is that it gives you flagship level phone at mid level prices. It has great battery life and an awesome camera. I highly recommend it!

Highly recommend this phone specially if you already have invested in the motomods. The screen is bright with saturated colors. Even though the processor is not the fastest, it hums along fine. Camera is surprisingly better then I expected. The in display fingerprint reader is a tad bit finicky.

I'm still getting used to it, but it comes with prompts to lead you through the phone. (I had iPhones before this.) The brochure that came with phone was bare-bones, but as i said it has prompts. I got the folks at Best Buy to link it to my phone service, and that probably saved a few cuss words.

Previous iPhone user and I so glad I changed to Moto. The phone has a great camera. The speakers work great for listening to music. The fast charger is also great. So far I have had no problem with the glass, I had to replace the glass in my iPhone several times. Overall it is a great phone.
