I have been renting my modem/router for years! this solved my $10 a month rental fee and even gets better Wi-Fi service. Best Decision ever.

Pros: 1.Very easy to install. 2.Compatible with Comcast 60 mbps line .NO issues so far. 3.Four ethernet port.I usually connect one of them for gaming 4.Looks n feel good and sleek. No Cons so far Seeing the technology advance every year I would recommend to go for higher 7550 model which is 80$ more but this can be used for next few year.

Sales person from Comcast was lurking in the aisle and of course recommended one two times as much. If your like me and just need internet to access email and do basic web surfing and document management for work, this is all you need. Super easy to set up and saves you the cable company rental fee for their modem.

This is a great modem to use if you use Comcast/Xfnity for your ISP. Why rent a modem from the cable company, when you can buy an inexpensive one? It pays for itself within a few months. Very pleased with this purchase.

It was pretty easy to set up. And just the speed was incredible

Overall it is a good product, at least for my need. I opened it, connected all the cables, called my provider to register MAC address that's it. It worked. I checked speed, and got full speed on wifi as well as on wired network. I have almost 15 devices connected to it over wire and wireless, all devices worked just fine. No drop from wifi.

I purchased this for my girlfriend as she had an old cable modem that was very old. It was very easy to configure and I had it up in minutes after activating it with her cable provider. I purchased the the geek squad warranty as i didn't want her to pay for any repairs if something did go wrong with the device but so fr there are no issues at all.

It works fine. Just sometimes one of my computers (MacBook pro) doesn't recognize it. I didn't have this problem with the original router from Comcast

Needed a new modem to support higher download capability and the Motorola - N450 was an inexpensive option. Since using this device I have experience zero drop-offs and have been able to enjoy the higher rate without any issues. The device was really easy to set up and we were up and running in less than 10 minutes.

I was tempted to go to the more expensive version of this cable modem but, after trying this for a while I've absolutely no complains. I had to reboot it couple of times but the issue was more on xfinity side so, I think everything is good. This saves me 10+ bucks a month on rental fees so it's a good thing. I would say get rid of xfinity's modem and get this one.
