I was able to quickly set ip the modem as it came with all the cables you need to connect it. Only had to call the cable company to initialize the modem with their system. Save yourself $10/mo in equipment rental fees!

The Motorola modem/router purchased from Best Buy was at a great price. Instructions for setup were easier than imagined, The unit on a preapproval list from Xfinity was set up in 10 minutes.

I am a Comcast customer in the Minneapolis area. After using this unit for 1 month I can say it is at least as good as the one I rented from Comcast for $13 a month. Give it a try. Return it if you're not happy.

I've owned this router for about a year. Works with Comcast. No complaints. Handles large video uploads well for the price point and my data usage package from Comcast. It's not the biggest or best, but stable and no complaints.

I was looking for a modum or a router whatever people call it. i got tired of renting it from comcast and paying month to month for it. i got this one and i love it very much. it does pay for itself. i would recommand it to others

Bought this modem when I switched back to Comcast. While the modem is great, about once a month I have to unplug it to get it to reset itself. With that said, I have a 2-story home and it reaches both stories perfectly.

Does what it says, after 3 months of use has performed really well, no loss of connection or poor signal, in fact is the best signal I have yet to find in a budget router,... recommended.

Works very well. Should have bought long time ago. at $10 per month to lease from cable company could have bought 3 of these by now. Very easy setup. No interaction with cable company needed if you follow the directions carefully.

I wish I would have purchased my own modem years ago! It was so easy to connect. My cable provider did awesome job walking me through and this Motorola was sooo simple 1 2 3

I got this router on sale during a holiday weekend and I have to say that it worked out better than I expected. I definetely recommend it. This will do just the job as any other higher price item.

I use my modem with my roommate and we have an average of about 10 devices on it and it’s behaved beautifully.
