Very easy to install. Took less than 30 minutes, including the time it took connecting to provider. No additional software. Working better than my old Motorola modem (which I was renting from Comcast). Great money saver, by the way. You save on the equipment rental fee(s) if you own your own modem/router.

I bought this as a temp fix and it worked well in 2,000+ sq. Ft. home. Good speed and reliability.

This unit is a good value for the money. Not too difficult to set up, and fairly reliable—more reliable service now than with the separate modem and router units the cable company charged an outrageous monthly fee to rent.

I was told about this modem/router combo by friends of mine when I was in the market for a replacement. My previous modem/router died at the beginning of the year, and I was compelled to use one from Comcast. Not only was the Comcast offering awful (kept on crashing, and for gamers like me that's a no go). After dealing with the Comcast no name modem and its faults, I finally picked this Motorola modem/router up. Not only is it easy to set up, but it's fast and has better channel selections and security measures than the latter.

I am an IT professional so setting up networks is something I have some knowledge in, but this was even easier than I thought it would be. I liked the auto configurations and easy to read info printed on the bottom of the WIFI router. I selected this Motorola over the other brands I normally use because of the good reviews. My current brand has lots of complaints, such as constant drops or slow speeds. So far this Motorola has not dropped, provide exact speeds requested and was easier to configure than the other model brands. I am a convert at least for this particular home use.

My internet speed from my provider isn’t the best so this middle grade router was the perfect paring to my network - good price at around $100 so you won’t break the bank or your budget - works great easy to set up and no issues so far with great wireless range to reach both ends of my sprawling ranch home

Xfinity recently upgraded my cable modem and performance was a nightmare. After hours with their tech support, they concluded that my devices (Roku TV, cell phone, PC and tablet) must be at fault. Funny since there were no problems with their old modem. I bought the Motorola. It took about 10 minutes to set it up and didn't require any human interaction. Performance is great and it does everything it's supposed to do flawlessly. Also, it'll pay for itself in about 8 months since I no longer pay Xfinity a modem rental fee. What's not to love?

This product was easy to set up, works exactly as advertised, and is well worth the cost of the product. I utilize Comcast Xfinity as my ISP; I (re-)activated my Internet service via online, no need to call Comcast customer service.

I finally traded in my TWC modem and the difference in signal strength is night and day. This modem is at a very good price point and delivers consistent high speed internet.

I got tired of paying Comcast $10.00 per month. I found this modem / router at Amazon. and Bestbuy for the same price. I chose to get it at Bestbuy, rather than waiting two days from Amazon. Setup was very easy. Down loads and Up loads are equal / maybe better than the Comcast modem /router. I have not any problems with this Modem/ Router so far.

I ordered this modem after reviewing it on bestbuy.com. Some reviews were positive and some were negative. I'm glad I purchased this modem because it works great, it was easy to get set up, and it's saving me loads of money because I don't have to pay Comcast every month.

I have had no problems with this modem. East installation. Compatible with Comcast. I thought the price was very good compared to other modem/routers I looked at. I would recommend this product.

Out of the package easy to install. Plugged it in and contacted our internet provider. In just a few minutes it was up and running. Speeds are fantastic. Covers entire house without another device.

Great Modem with WiFi, Great Price And Easy Setup !

My wifi was getting really slow and was really old so I went to Best Buy and a helpful associte informed me of this modem/ router combo, got it home it was easy to setup and works GREAT ! Thank you to the very helpful associate and the suggestion to the awesome product !

This was a great value considering it's a modem and router. It was relatively easy to set up with our Comcast account and has been working well. We've definitely noticed increased speeds.

Compatible with my cable company. easy set up no power disruptions. powerful, small. I tacked it behind my Tv that is how convenient it is.

This Modem is priced fairly and saves a lot of money instead of paying $10/month to rent a modem from Comcast. It was totally easy to setup and has been running without incident since day one.
