A small area router

My speed is 250 mb/s and we live in a small apartment. If you are 30 feet away, you may not get a signal. Right next to it, you're blazing.

Super easy setup

It took me directly to xfinity and I was connected in less than 5 minutes. The wifi was much stronger than the comcast router. Wish it was dual band because of all my devices but that doesn't seem to affect performance.
