It works ok. Not very fast speeds. Switched to Arris

I have owned this modem for 1 year and 1 day, exactly. It continuously times out and loses network connection. The event logs for this thing are LONG. Good luck watching a half hour program if you buy one of these. Xfinity has been out numerous times to troubleshoot, and after checking the exterior and interior lines, trying another location, and swapping out this modem with a test modem, I have reliable internet again. All it took was a different modem. Yet Motorola is giving me a hard time about honoring my warranty claim, despite their 2 year warranty. Do yourself a favor: don't buy anything Motorola.

Not the greatest, has trouble if you are streaming on multiple devices.

This router was easy enough to set up. What concerns me is that if you go to the given web page your password information is readily available. The username and password is all over the internet. It works well but if you need tighter security consider something else.

Mediocre router does the job but not worth the price

Worked okay for the first 2 months and after that it has been a struggle to get the WIFI to work and connect. I practically have to reset the modem everyday to get the use out of this. Super upset that I spent almost $90 for this junk.

Only would allow my 150mbps internet 60mbps with wifi

Though I read the reviews for this product, I thought to try it but exactly does the same for me. The wifi router is not consistent, it discontinues very frequently and the range is also not that fair

This product is slow for the price, no good in speed

U get internet but you don't have much backend access.

I bought this router brand new, out of the box from Best Buy. They assured me it came straight from the manufacturer and was not a referbished item. I called Comcast to have this internet router activated, but to my surprise, they told me they couldn't because the exact same router with the same serial number was already activated and being usd by someone in California! I had to return the item and I advised Best Buy that they might have a problem with someone stealing the information from these routers and selling them illegally. This was the worst purchase I've ever made through Best Buy.

I was hoping to not only save on my cable bill but have a reliable network. It disconnects from my devices for no apparent reason sometimes ugh

I bought this one and return it because i had a bad signal on it so i thing they need to enhance it

Only lasted about 2-2 1/2 years, would not buy this product

literally the worst modem ever. was getting 15mbps if that, and half the time it wouldn’t work. xfinity put their modem in and instantly 80mb consistently. i do not want to keep theirs because it costs a lot and is rented monthly, but if you value speed and consistency please do NOT buy this modem

If you need a dual band rotor this isn't for you. In my opinion it is outdated.

Purchased this only because on the box it says compatible with and it listed the cable companies so since my cable company was listed it I purchased it however it is not compatible with my cable company and it does not even have the telephone access port so I couldn't use it at all so I returned it

Way more than we needed and didn’t work with Comcast

I kept having problems with it not with my Xfinity.
