We returned this router due to it not performing as we wanted. Signal was not strong enough and disconnected our devices quite often. We exchanged it for a better router. Might be good for a small apartment, not good enough for our house.

Unacceptable length of life of the product in my opinion. Of course, 18-months is 6-months past when the warranty would cover it. I chose NETGEAR for my next modem.

Sorry, but it was to replace my Xfinity modem/router box and it started losing interest connection right away, not strong enough or something ? No lo se

Garbage do not buy this product. The WiFi signal was horrible. Get something better.

I had a more expensive one then I wanted to save $60 which was a bad idea. If you have low speed internet under 100 mbps then don’t get it.

I'm buying another one now because it was not fast enough. I have a fast service but this router was so slow I could not utilize it.

Installed unit and it kept cutting in and out. Called and emailed tech support and never got a response... never. Brought this back and bought Netgear.

Only one of the ports work. Just hooked it up today to find this out. Went to return it and since I purchased it a few weeks back now I can’t return it.

We had this for 1 year. It seems to drop WIFI connection to all devices randomly eveyday

Its very bad wifi.. My provider speed is 150M but Im getting just 25 30M!!!

This was sold to me as a new USB 3.0 but when I got it home, it was only a USB 2.0. Returned!

Internet service randomly stops and starts. Frustrating

I bought this router which is suggested by a Bestbuy agent. Lot of problems with the router.

I bought wrong unit. Needed direct router modem combo not cable.

Did not work with at&t products that I purchased. So no good rankinf here.

This is a great product. Light years ahead of the cable modem Xfinity rents to you. Xfinity recently "upgraded" my modem and it was a nightmare. Mucho hours with tech support only to have them tell me the problems were in my TV/PC/cell phone/tablet when I had no problems with the old swapped out modem. I did some research and chose to order this. I'm glad I did. When I hooked up the Motorola, I planned on going through setup purgatory. Turned out it was easy. I turned on my PC and went to my browser. Voila! There was the Xfinity activation screen. You have to be patient here. As you go through the screens and answer questions, you'll see the modem restart a few times. Sometimes it seems to hang. Just hit "Retry" when the Motorola's lights are all normal and you'll get to the next screen. All in all, it takes about 5 minutes to be up and running. Don't forget to reset the modem's network, ID and password settings. Another thing that's nice is that this modem will pay for itself in 10 months and after that I'll have $11 bucks extra in the bank each month that would otherwise have gone to Xfinity's modem rental fee. A winner all around!!!

I am very happy so far with my Motorola modem/router. It works just as good as the Comcast router I had. I'm so tired of being spanked by Comcast with them raising the internet service price twice in one year. At least this will save some money a month. I experienced some trouble with trying to transfer my old SSID settings which is an option. I ended up creating a new SSID and then reconnected my devices. Everything works great so far.. Activation process was easy. I bought a Netgear router because it was cheaper but returned it because it gave me connecting troubles. I basically had no trouble connecting with my Motorola.. Im very happy with the purchase

Just came from DSL which I have had for years to Comcast. Getting 180MB+ with this modem, wifi is excellent all over my home. Easy to set up. Great purchase.
