Great camera and fast when loading apps as well as a nice big display. Definitely encourage for others to buy as a more affordable but not comprising option for a modern smartphone. No Incoming Texts, Voicemail, Verizon Compatiblity

This phone only operates on a 4G SIM, cannot read a 5G (although it says it is 5G), cannot receive text messages (although it can send), I've lost voicemail (both on my end and the caller's), and after ELEVEN hours and 9 techs both on phone calls and at the Verizon store, no one can fix it because "it isn't provisioned for CDMA less," and can't be on the prepaid program. On the postpaid program I'd pay $30 more/month. I just want a basic phone but after all the hours and clients I've lost on trying to get this thing figured out, I'll be returning it. Hope Best Buy will refund or apply the purchase price to a Verizon compatible model.

If you look at our carrier compatibility list here: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility, the Motorola One 5G Ace is compatible with Verizon. However, the 5G support will be added later and as of now, it only supports 4G. Lastly, your SIM Card should be provisioned to CDMA-less in order for you to receive text. The fact this has a headphone jack for those of us who don't want to pay more for wireless headphones after buying a good phone like this is convenient. Additional external memory slot is a plus as well. For a person who prefers Motorola I am happy with my purchase.

Found same phone at another BB Store for $50 less only a couple days later. Wish price was standard among stores. Had to buy case online not available in stores. So far an awesome phone.

Battery life not as advertised, but camera and sound much better than previous Motos that I've had......this is my 4th. Can't really see any dramatic advantage of 5G so far

I like a larger screen since I like to have bigger fonts for reading. The memory is sufficient for my use. I typically use my phone to check my sports apps & occasional games. I have yet to take pics/videos so I'm not sure of the quality/features/ease of use.

And the fact it has a double the memory I have of the last version I had which was only 64g, it allowed me to hold more games and essential apps for work including Microsoft Office. By far a top of the line phone for a great price.

First was a Motorola G 5+ that I used for 4 years and it always worked great. The old MOTO G 5 worked but I wanted a new telephone. I paid less than 400 dollars for this telephone and I think it works as good if not better than my wife's 1200 dollar telephone.

Was having problems with not receiving texts and Verizon support told me to turn off phone for five minutes and back on. That fixed it somehow. Good phone for price - coming from Pixel XL.

To be honest I use to like android but the iPhone minded better but at first fire me it sucked to so. But this one almost been a year there a lot of things that just abet readyily there when you need them. The one thing I like the most is shaking the phone a the flashlight come on so cool so no longing in love that feature I guess I have learned something about phones ask a lot if ?make the sell’s person show you.
