    Great phone, best price. Battery life is fantastic. Used to have to charge my old phone at least twice a day. Now am charging once every 5 days.

    It is a good value for the money. I needed to upgrade because of the 3G retirement on AT&T but didn't want to spend a lot of money on a top tier phone. I use my phone for calls, texts and to watch the occasional video, I don't need top tier performance. My calls using VoLTE are much clearer than my old phone. I am very happy with this purchase.

    this is admitedly a early review i have only had the phone for 1 day. im having alot of weird issues. first thing i noticed after getting all my apps tranfered to my new phone. I CANT SEND OR RECEIVE TEXTS yet i can make phone calls and receive phone calls. I contacted best buy tech support by phone they dont know what the issue is. then later i startg getting notification sounds every 2 seconds yet i cant find what notifications that are comming in as none are listed i cant get the sound to stop. not sure if im keeping this phone i defintely wont if i cant get it to receive texts as when i go to sign in to my apps for first time on this phone they all want to send security code to my phone via text and my phone wont recieve the what a waste

    First time unlocked phone purchase. Ran into a couple of snags with the activation, but for the most part once we figured it out, it worked well. I only gave 4 stars because we found out after the fact that 5G with Verizon Wireless is not yet supported, but should be updated in the near future. Other than that, my son is satisfied with his new Motorola One 5G Ace.

    I bought this phone for my Dad. The setup was pretty easy, graphics are decent, gestures are quick, and it hasn't been used much so no review for battery life. The other down side to the phone is no wireless charging along with a screen protector or case are kind of hard to find. Looking for a glass-style (ZAGG) screen protector is almost impossible.

    I purchased two of these. Not sure if at the same time or not. I got myself one because my husband loves all of his older Motorola phones that take the mods. Anyways. I was very excited to recieved the phone. However it was only about 6 months or so before I started having trouble. My volume would turn down on its own even though it was set to high. I stopped getting notifications. I did contact the company and they sent me out a refurbished one, had the same issues. 2nd phone sent to me and still same issues. Not sure if it was a software issue or what. The only way to fix it was to turn the phone off and back on. I also have the problem of my phone having connection issues. Have full service but nothing works. Not something you want to happen when you are out and no one knows where you are. All of these issues have turned me off of Motorola.

    Its been a month owning this device. It does it job. Pretty much decent and plain. Not with any bloatwares. When compared to my previous (samsung mobile) phone, this particularly lags in picking up the network connections from the carrier.

    I have decided I won't purchase another Motorola cell phone. There are some settings that the user cannot change. One such feature is the blinking light for incoming calls. I have tried all avenues to discover how to stop the LED light from blinking with incoming calls. I downloaded a manual. I called a customer service for Moto. I tried the Geek Squad. Nobody can seem to find a setting on this model phone for it. The only way to stop it is to stop ALL notifications on the phone. I finally decided to do that. I have young children around and the bright blinking LED light is not good for their eyes. There are other issues that I do not like on this phone. I'm sure it is simply my user preferences, but I won't purchase another Motorola phone. (This is my 3rd Motorola. I like another brand phone I have had FAR better!)
