Do not like Moto

There are some settings that the user cannot change. One such feature is the blinking light for incoming calls. I have tried all avenues to discover how to stop the LED light from blinking with incoming calls. I downloaded a manual. I called a customer service for Moto. I tried the Geek Squad. Nobody can seem to find a setting on this model phone for it. The only way to stop it is to stop ALL notifications on the phone. I finally decided to do that. I have young children around and the bright blinking LED light is not good for their eyes. There are other issues that I do not like on this phone. I'm sure it is simply my user preferences, but I won't purchase another Motorola phone. (This is my 3rd Motorola. I like another brand phone I have had FAR better!)

Good value for money

I got it in the Black Friday sale and I think at this point it is the best value for money phone. Decent RAM and storage, which is also expandable with SD cards. Screen is average. My grudge would be with below par camera and Android 10 OS while we have Android out in market for a few quarters now.

No Problems With This Beauty

The volume can be controlled if you just LEARN YOUR PHONE. As far as the other points to this phone: the features beat out the price point. This was purchased as a Mother's Day gift and it is one of the best midgrade phones out there. 5000ma battery, headphone jack, SD card option AND 5G? This is the best Motorola in its class. It's only on 4G LTE now because of the plan, but it works fine and fast! Tha KS Motorola!

I was having trouble with my prepaid service carrier accepting the IMEI number as an unlocked phone. So I brought it back and the gentleman who sold me the phone worked with my carrier to get the phone up and working with my service for free. So appreciative!! Great Customer Service!!!

Excellent price & quality

Switched from being a Samsung user for years because they seem to be charge more for less. This phone is budget friendly & good quality all the way around. Only complaint is it isn't water proof like how most high end phones are nowadays for underwater photo/ video, but how often does one really use that?

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.for the Money this is a great phone - it has a Headphone jack, MicroSD, NFC, great CPU, and fantastic battery life. the only thing it lacks is 6GB of ram is not quite enough for power use... but you can kill apps and then you should have no problem running one app at a time. OS uses about 4GB. the only other thing this phone does not have is Wireless charging. personally, I am not a fan of this but you might be... It should be getting Andriod 11 soonish...
