Although I'm still learning about all the features, so far it appears to be user friendly. I'm also impressed with the sharpness of the photos that I've taken. The images are crisp and the colors are "real" and unfiltered. For the money, I feel as if I'm getting a great value. No complaints here!

However, if you prefer the previous Android navigation controls with the back button, you can revert to navigation settings by going to Settings> System> Gestures> System navigation> Select 3-button navigation. Seems like sometimes you barley touch the screen and it's doing something you don't want it to. Other times I have to tap multiple times for a command to work.

Motorola 5g one ace

Spent over one hour with the Verizon technician who could not resolve the issue. Had to return to Best Buy and reselect another phone.
