Spent over one hour with the Verizon technician who could not resolve the issue. Had to return to Best Buy and reselect another phone.

Phone purchase

Has extra storage. Only thing was sim card got put in the wrong way and it got stuck. It slid right in but wouldn't come out. I had to use tweezers which scratched it. I could understand if I put it in and forced it but it went in smooth so I thought it was right.

Crystal-clear display

The only problem was the Google set-up link, which worked great, except it did not transfer my messages history and once set-up is done, there is no way I could find to go back and get this done. But this is a Google issue, not the phone. Love the phone!

Service Interruptus

It has a large screen and a big battery. Both very nice. The voice mail and receptivity need work. I use the same carrier as I had with my previous phone, but I am experiencing up to 24 hour+ delay in receiving some voice mails. This is a 5G phone and I was hopeful the reception inside my house would be better than the 3G phone it replaced. It is not. A call does not end immediately after pressing the end-call button. About a 2 second delay. Weird. I was hoping for better.

It ended up being my carrier, but it took 3 wks. between Best Buy, Motorola and my carrier to resolve. Best Buy being the least helpful. Excellent phone, Best Buy not so much!

freezing screen - phone turning off immediately

A little buggy

Been dealing with a few minor bugs which maybe Verizon related not Motorola. One issue is phone related and that's bluetooth. I can't get it to work with my sony speaker.

Dropped mine in the parking lot and cracked the screen.They don't even sell cases for this phone in the store at best buys! Wouldn't buy from there because of that.
