Calls not working on ATT

This phone was purchased after my wife's previous phone stopped making/receiving calls because of the ATT 3G shut down. Now this phone is experiencing the same issue (will not make/receive calls). I spoke with ATT today and it was explained to me they cannot guarantee an unlocked phone to work on their network and the phone should be purchased directly from ATT. Very disappointed by ATT's service because this phone is included on their list of compatible devices.... https://www.att.com/idpassets/images/support/pdf/Devices-Working-on-ATT-Network.pdf If your carrier is ATT I do not recommend this phone.

Best Budget phone

Stop working in less than a year

Around the same time I also bought a Moto G Stylus 2021 also had less than a year and having major issues were a new phone for myself is needed. These phones should last longer for the price we're paying . No it's not the most expensive but neither are they cheap especially considering I spent almost 400 on each just for my husband and to need to replace both phones within months. I can no longer recommended Motorola products
