    I am quite displeased with this purchase. I have no idea as to how the phone functions because I cannot get it operational. It will not read the sim card. I am being hung up on when inquiring about it. Who should I be more displeased with - Best Buy or Motorola??

    Poor sound quality. Sudden close of apps. Hanging for some apps. Not happy with product and cost.

    The device is working fine. Just frustrated with the on line ordering process. I submitted an order for a store pickup based on information provided that the unit would be available for pickup at the store within a day. I placed the order and then it indicated it would be a week! Called in to the support center and had it shipped to my home address.

    Open box excellent phone has scratch

    I got this phone from best buy store,but it was not as per description "excellent condition" ,it has scratch on screen.When we contacted to store manager they said you can return it,we can't help.They did not help on reevaluating phone condition as per description on website.

    DOES NOT DO ANDROID 11. Returned it to Best Buy 2 hours later. Had to pay restocking fee. REALLY UPSET. Will not buy phones at BB anymore.

    Not VERIZON compatible!!

    Bought this phone as it said it's compatible on the Verizon network. Turns out it's not! Spent the last 10 days fighting Verizon to get this phone activated. Now I have to pay a $45 restock fee for something that is not my fault!!! It shouldn't say it's compatible if it's not! The phone itself is nice but no idea if it actually works!!

    Bought motorola phone first time, thought it was a really good middle range phone, but the volume during phone test talk was so weak. Did I win "lottery"? I am very disappoint on mototola's cell phone design/quality control.

    Do not buy this phone. You can watch the battery dropping power. Reception is no good and the apps lockup. Maybe I just purchased a dud but traded this thing yesterday for a less expensive Moto G Power. VERY satisfied with the Power! 6 times the phone the One was.

    Worst phone. Glass Is paper thin . It broke inspite of keeping phone in cover and shatter protecting screen. So not but this phone. They even won't return. Waste of money

    This phone is no good it would not ring, battery is draining quickly you have to charge it everyday. It would not allow you to forward pictures in a message.

    Bought this phone as a first phone for my daughter she complained about it freezing up on her within 4 days of use. Returned. Do not buy if you care about wasting money, you are better off getting an Apple iPhone se for same price.

    Bad phone... Drops calls. Drops Wi-Fi connection alot. My Moto G5 plus was great. It just doesn't work with the loss of 3g. Very bad experience with this Motorola one 5g ace.

    Works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. Drops calls, can't make calls because cellular network isn't available.

    Faulty phone, within the first month the charging port was loose, and the title claims "5G" but only uses 4G LTE network.

    Worst phone ever. Never buy this thing! On a daily basis this motorola frustrated me and what deep relief I experienced when I took it back and got an iPhone in the place of it!!! Androids sucks!

    Had multiple problems. Too many apps. Had problems with the phone app. Had continual problems regarding the google app and my G-Mail. Returned phone not satisfied.
