The worst phone to purchase from the worst tech chain.

GPS does not work. Cannot use waze or maps for navigation.

Great phone with incredible battery life. Seems like no matter how much you use it the battery never stops. Very fast. It is a bit heavier and larger than you might be use to because of its large screen and super powerful battery, but the larger size isn't a big problem

Replaced a 3 G Motorola phone with the Motorola One 5G Ace when able to purchase it unlocked on sale. Easy to set up, good screen resolution of 2400x1080, fast downloading, relatively fast charging, and while not the best camera, it does a good job and offers some nice options such as wide angle, ultrawide, HDR, etc. Easy to use and it does offer a headphone jack and expandable storage. The 5,000 mAh battery gives me about 1 1/2 days. Overall, happy with it and did not want to spend $1100 for a phone or be locked in to a carrier for 2-3 years.

I researched many phones before settling on Motorola's One 5G Ace 2021. It is a good move-up from my older Motorola, even though in early 2022 One 5G Ace is not the latest greatest. I needed more space for apps and I now have plenty! There have been a few bumps lately, inconsistencies in performance, but I haven't been able to figure out if that is the phone or if it is my phone service (example: Message+ app shows different info at different times, then returns to original). One 5G Ace gives me new options for business with 3 levels of camera lenses: I'm using them for better item photos for sales on my website. Overall: a good upswing for my day-to-day results!

Bought this phone mostly because I needed something to take photos for work. I've had it for almost 10 months. Pros: First and foremost, the battery life is phenomenally great...as in, off the chart good. Camera has been very nice- leaps & bounds above previous experiences, and fairly user friendly. Swipe controls are intuitive. Cons: As others may have said, the factory casing is slick...you will NEED a cover for this phone. I still at times miss a "back" button...once in a while the swipe controls do something unwanted....but overall that's been an easy adjustment. I recommend this phone without hesitation.

The best value smartphone out there! It has 5G, great camera, very responsive, and huge battery. Also, I heard it's getting Android 12 soon. Nothing more to ask for!

I'm frustrated by the consistent call problems. My son got so tired of hearing echo on his end when he called me that he bought me an expensive BT headset for me, as a workaround (which works by the way). I got this phone as a compromise - the Pixel 5 was unavailable and I needed a phone right away. I have had very good experience with two prior Motorola Android phones, the MAXX and some other model - I feel good about the Motorola brand - I am very unhappy with this particular phone. I guess it's time to return it (sadly I waited a long time - close to a year). It just crashed (phone app hung) and this spurred me to write this review. I was warned that the camera quality is not as good as the Pixel (my last phone). I like that it has a big screen, it does 5G and the battery life is still OK.

Can't use with verizon and other carriers currently, apparantly only t-mobile, support for other carriers is coming. Pros: -solid build -good camera system -responsive -great internal storage -excellent battery life. Cons: -Doesn't seem to have Turbopower compatibility(so wont charge too fast) like the Moto Z3(charges from 0-100% in under an hour). Not a deal breaker. -fingerprint scanner not on the side, its on the very back, again not a deal breaker. -current lack of carrier support. -not a fan of the silver color, wish it was a darker grey or just black. -not weather sealed, just splash resistance.

Great phone. Had it for nearly three years so far with no complaints. Much cheaper than comparable iPhones or Samsungs.

I love this phone. It has already exceeded my expectations! It does every thing I want or need. So much better and easier to use than the Samsung I had before. I did buy a box with a cover on it for protection. The battery has lasted for a week without needing to be recharged. I finally recharged it only because I was going somewhere and wanted it fully charged. Granted I don't use my phone all day and I am not constantly on it so your charge may last for a shorter time if you are on it constantly. I recommend this phone highly!

Terrific phone for a great price! Very fast & responsive, the 5G works flawlessly, and it is a solidly built phone. It "feels" like a real phone...

I was looking for a new phone with better camera features, and for the price, this was the one for me! Excellent clarity and color, with many different options in the camera settings. When I don't want to carry around my SLR camera, this is the best substitute! Plus I could also see the massive improvement with this phone being a 5G. Great screen display!

Love this phone!! Plenty fast enough for me as far as my everyday use of a phone! Great battery life, nice screen, very adequate camera, speedy, and I love the Moto Gestures and customizations that you can do without all the bloat! Pretty close to pure Android on this phone! If there's one thing that it lacks that I would have love to have, it would be wireless charging!

Exceeds expectations for battery life, camera quality overall build.

I have studied various phones before I made this purchase. In my opinion, the value and performance of this phone will easily take me into the next generation phone with no problems. The battery life is exceptional. I have been a MOTO phone user for sometime and have never been disappointed.
