Got this to replace my previous Motorola phone. So far, it's been super easy to get used to. I use the camera for my profession, and so far it's been perfect: simple and reliable. The autofocus works well (fast, accurate). The speaker on this model is great. The case is a little "slick"...consider purchasing a cover with better grip.

I'm 89 years old 90 in about a month. Great phone set it all up in a couple days, make and receive calls, ditto texting, loaded apps set notifications and alerts. Great phone and reasonably priced for the average dude.

I have been a loyal customer of Motorola phones and exclusively purchased Motorola phone for 15+ years. I have always raved about Motorola phones having a different feel to them. I had always found them reliable and well constructed as opposed to the cheaper feel of other brands. However, after purchasing the Motorola One 5G Ace my experience with this phone and the customer service has been a NIGHTMARE. Everything on this phone from the display, processing speed and memory definitely gives you good bang for your buck. I must also give credit where it due, the battery life on this phone is exemplary, However the quality of the phone calls was absolutely awful. Many times I would have to call back friends after a terrible connection but the worst issue was that soon every person I talked to on the phone complained of a strong feedback where they would hear their voice even louder than mine over the phone. Just to ensure you all reading this every troubleshooting procedure I had done and ensured it was not the fault of my service provider (Verizon) . Indeed it was the device. Now the worst part of this story is the customer service. It has been a month now and after 3 different "repaired" phones the issue still persists. I have went in depth with their customer service team and still this issue is yet to be resolved. Since Lenovo bought this company I guess the truth is what most people tried to tell me...the Motorola brand is flawed and does not back their product. A truly sad statement coming from a such a long time advocate of Motorola quality.

I brought this to replace my Moto G7 power and there's no comparison. This phone is easy to navigate, has so many features I haven't even gotten to yet, great storage and you can beat the price.

Went from a mid-range phone from 2017 to this (mid-range phone from 2021 but now heavily discounted ~$250). Obviously there was a big difference but much more than I expected in terms of improved responsiveness, especially with Android Auto. Night and day difference in terms of load times for Android Auto, maps, and my music app. When I was shopping around this seemed like a decent product compared to others in a similar price range and the Motorola shaky flashlight is always appreciated. One big con though is that the fingerprint sensor is hot garbage, but other than that I really like it.

BEWARE! Device is not compatible with wifi-calling on Verizon network. Camera is really good though. And it's a good price for a 5G capable phone. But as I rely on wifi calling while at my house due to bad service, I'll have to return this phone and buy one with wifi calling enabled.

Larger screen, including text messages. Good size for seniors. Also good volume.

Happy with my phone and was easy to set up battery lasts longer than expected

Great phone, make sure to buy untethered/unlocked though to avoid bloatware. Has a (difficult, but possible) to remove battery, expandable storage, headphone jack & (if purchasing the 128gb storage version) 6gb ram and a snapdragon chip. Very good battery life as well, overall a great beast of a phone. Only downside I would say is that it's very large and a has some weight to it, so it tends to fall out of small pockets or slide off things. Amazing phone.

Online purchase was a breeze. Just make sure the phone you select will work on your desired carrier. Staff was great, but was NOT able to move my existing verizon service over to the new phone because it is a business account. Had to go to a verizon store that handles business accounts. No prob.

Is an excellent smartphone. versatile and fast. this Moto one 5g ... help me a lot to doing and payment in time.

Everything seemed fine, that is until I tried the icky Video Recording :( Not sure if I got a phone with a hardware defect or if it's just a software problem that can be resolved..?, but, there's quite visible shifting light/dark lines in the display AND video recordings from indoor lighting (maybe from the 60 hertz of the lighting?... Sunlight does not cause the moving lines).. It is quite noticeable and UGLY in all indoor lighting (lol maybe it's just my house?)... I couldn't find any setting in the phone to resolve it. This phone (at least the one I got) has a video-dysfunction while in artificial(indoor)-lighting. So, if you want to use it for video, try so at your own risk. wish I could rate it better... but for now I'm "turned-OFF", sorry Motorola :(

The phone is easy to use, fast, powerful and fits well in the hand. My only complaint i how fragile the screen is. Otherwise a perfect phone at a very good price. Just make sure you get a good case that can protect the front glass from anything touching it.

I got this phone unexpectedly cause my old one broke and this was in stock. Overall, it's a phone, it usually does what it needs, but the cellular coverage on this device is spotty at best. I am lucky to get an LTE signal with it where I live. 5g signals on it are non existent. Using this phone with Google Fi, I switched from a pixel 4a 5g, never had any reception issues with the pixel. The camera is good looking on paper but actual photos turn out rather poor, usually either too dark or washed out. Battery life is average if that. Usually at 10-20% after a normal days use. Besides that it's a budget phone, you get what you pay for

Callers cannot hear me. They say the call is breaking up

The phone overall seems like a good phone, it just didn't work great on the Verizon network. It seemed to be in a international setting once activated and Verizon seem puzzed and unable to help. The WI-FI calling feature also does not work with Verizon on the unlocked version of this phone. In the end we returned this phone and got the same model as a Verizon phone (not unlocked), and it is working well sofar. No complaints about best buys handling of the situation.

This is my first smart phone which means I have a lot to learn. I love all of the features it has to offer. After only ever using a Flip phone, the size of the phone was a surprise.
