    Motorola phones are the best and they are reasonably priced. Used to have a Samsung but the batteries don't last as along as the Motorola's.

    It has lotsa features, some of them "over my head". I'm much impressed, though, I'm still learning. Mostly, "How do I get back to that for which I was looking?"

    I love my new phone. I was running out of time with my carrier to upgrade to 5G. It's a wonderful. My children will be so happy when I figure out how to use it.

    My 7th and last motorola phone. Very disappointed with this purchase, huge step down from my moto z4 I had before it. This thing from the beginning was a pain in the a to transfer info from my last phone. It freezes on the most basic tasks, just loading a web browser seems like a challenge for it. The camera is pathetic and can't focus on anything unless subject is extremely well lit. Camera app loves to crash and freeze, the .5 fish eye is a nice option, but it's images aren't sharp at all. I went to this phone because my previous phone (moto z4) stopped receiving texts and could not pick up calls. Not even a week in with this and I've already had failed calls where I had to restart the phone. I so badly wanted to like this product, but it lacks the quality my previous motorolas had. I completely regret this purchase.

    This phone was a gift for Christmas. I really can't say I like this phone. I doesn't connect to cell service when I have no wifi. Also can't time stamp a photo. Does hold a great charge though.

    Stuck on android 10 indefinitely....

    Good screen, great fingerprint and facial recognition, low on bloatware. But, it only runs on android 10 and despite months of promises, Motorola is unlikely to update it to 11, much less 12, before their 2 yrs of updates runs out on you. Check out the Motorola community forums before buying. I've lost 2 important apps now that no longer will run on android 10.

    The battery

    The battery and charging time was a nightmare. At first I thought the first phone was faulty. Five hour charge time? No it couldn't be. But yes it could. The second replacement phone was a bit better but it took five hours to charge and only lasted 6 hours with normal use. If it hadn't been for the battery it would have been okay. This phone also doesnt have a built in gallery which is very odd so keep that in mind as well. I had to argue with the tech associates to be able to replace the phone and only after I told them I would leave the phone charging here and for them to call me when it finished charging if they didn't believe me. Only then did they start the refund.

    If I could give a 0 I would. No help from Best Buy or Motorola. I have been a motorola user for over 10 years I purchased cash at Best Buy the Motorola One 5G Ace. In less than 90 days this phone freezes, echos on calls and the dismiss button for a call stays on my screen. I am so upset that I am not able to return for a brand new phone!!!! I don't want a refurbished phone. I just spent $400 why would I want a refurbished replacement. I've always had Droids and I should have listened to the reviews when they said this one was not really good.  Just wanted you to know you have lost a 10 plus year Motorola customer. I will be purchasing a different brand going forward.  Ticket # - Ref: 210810-000484
