Great Deal for Phone

Doesn't work

Will not purchase refurbished again.

Great refurbished unit

All items including phone were in excellent condition. The phone booted up and contained none of the previous users info which I was worried about. This is truly an excellent phone for the price. Emphasis on value and price. I had been using a iPhone 5 that I purchased in 2012 new, this is a major upgrade in performance and hardware. Very pleased with this device, I would recommend to anyone as long as they know that this phone is a great value and is not a flagship phone. When I bought this right after Christmas it was $159, which is a steal.

problems with ghost touching

At first I would give high marks for the price point. now just one star. with in a few weeks of getting this phone I started getting ghost touching, locking up the phone sometimes calling number from my contact and even dialing 9111111111. over the past year keeping the phone up to date and looking for a solution on MOTO's web site I tried the setting, removed apps, and now moto new solution is to change the moto charger to an old slower charging, stop using if plugged in, and if this dose not do it send it into a local repair center to see if it is shorting. for the US, Michigan area this is INDIA.
