Motorola - Refurbished MOTO G plus (4th Generation) 4G LTE with 16GB Memory Cell Phone (Unlocked) - Black

The Moto G4 Plus was like new, no scratches or any other problems with the phone so far. I'm very impressed with the phone's screen and performance. Even the camera seems very good so far. I just got it today but I wanted to post a pic of what came in the box. I spent a lot of time researching phones and I wanted a phone with a good battery, good camera, a good fairly loud speaker and SD storage. So far it seems to be good in all those areas. I'm coming from a Nexus 5x and was worried about the camera quality being poor and that the phone would be too big. I like the size and it seems to take pretty good pictures indoors. I had the Nexus 5x in a case and it actually feels smaller since the Moto G4 doesn't have a case. I don't think I will get one since the back has a good texture. I also like the Metal frame, it makes it look more premium. I was expecting it to come in the original box with the original charger but it came in a generic box with a Samsung "Adaptive Fast Charging" charger and a new purple Dynex Micro USB Cable. It also came with a BestBuy 90-Day Limited Warranty Card. I am very glad I went for the Open Box (Referbished) version since it's like new and I saved $90.

Good camera, excellent speed, plain Android software, and sleek design. Honestly what I like the most of Motorola's is the plain android software. It's very elegant. For the price is truly recommend this phone.

I purchased three of these phones for me and my kids. I had to get one replaced as it didn't work. My kids and I love them. Their only complaint....They don't like the emojis that come with the phone. I will purchase again and have recommended this same phone to others.

Didn't have a smartphone, digital camera failed (Canon), and smartphone cameras were getting better pictures. Also, smartphones were becoming primary interface for all kinds of activities. Now I don't even need to lug around my tablets. Moto G4 plus gave me everything I needed and the price of $155. was a no brainer. Great phablet.

Came re-packaged without the TurboCharger (just a regular Motorola charger), so I was disappointed a little bit. When I came to speak with the store manager, they told me that refurbished phones don't have a specified charger, so they can package it with ANY charger. They suggested to buy a new Samsung charger that provides certain voltage, but it would cost me another 30$, so I decided to keep the slower one. Other than that it was a good deal.

My previous phone had a fingerprint scanner and it was terrible. This one is amazing. I configured it for both thumbs and both forefingers and they are all recognized equally quickly. Everything else works as I expected except for one thing. Bluetooth pairing was super finicky. I'm using it on T-Mobile because it has all three bands and it's very fast. I did not find all of the T-Mobile software available on the Play store so I'm not doing wi-fi calling....no big deal. Value at $156 is very good but the open box price changed daily based on availability. I just waited, checked often, and bought it when the price came down. And as other's had said, the quick charger doesn't come with it.

I bought the refurbished phone Moto G4 plus.It is performing good and working fine there are lag and delay in response. Some time it is taking couple of seconds to respond. Camera is good in daylight.in the night picture quality is average. If I use phone more then 15 minutes continuesly then phone heat up which is not comfortable.

For the price, it is a very good phone. I bought the phone for international travel. The only issues I have had is while downloading more than one app simultaneously. The battery is pretty good. I could almost use this as a daily phone if it was not for my iPhone.
