had several problems in the beginning. ex. phone can not use data plan, only google account is allowed to linked to the phone, and no extra factory emil app to link other account such as Hotmail, and can not extract msn contacts, wen to store several times and they couldn't figure out either, not able to download pix via USB cable to computer. I went to local best buy and both Geek Squad and cell phone section couldn't help me. and I couldn't return either after 14 days. I had to figure out all the problems myself. In addition, android version 6.0.1 is not as user friendly and intuitive as 5.0 version. but I don't think it is the phone's fault. still the experience was a bit unpleasant. once all the bugs are taken out the phone usage is much better.

This phone works great and handles most everyday task as good as most phones that are more powerful until you start to fill up the storage. The camera is passable in good lighting but unusable in low light. I got this for the Sprint 1 year free and it works like a champ.

This phone is a good basic Android phone. The speed is ok but the battery life is awesome. It may not be for a gamer but it's a good basic phone.

terrible phone, do not recommend. hard to navigate, manual does not show what setting really do. can not personalize settings on apps so either everything notifies you or nothing does. Camera takes such large pics it takes up to much storage and no way to change size. had to get other apps just to have the phone work better. the clock on the front home screen was terrible, small and hard to read. I went from a Samsung 4.3 to 6.0 but to tell you the truth the other one seemed more advance and did more than this one does. I also had a choice of 1 fully protective case with this phone because there wasn't any other cases for moto play. Don't waste your money.

Kid breaks screens on phones like someone else is paying for them. Refurb did exactly what it needed too. Good price for value, best part is that if we had any issues I know BBY was going to take care of things. That was the main reason to save the $ and get the refurb.

I always use LG Phone before and It is my first time to use Moto Phone. Wow! I really love Moto Phone because... Fast reaction, Smooth touch screen, Good quality and Good Price.

The phone works great and it's perfect for anyone on a budget. I bought for my son. It does feel delay compared to my S8+ but it cost $80. And in all honesty. It performs almost as well.......................

I bought these for a few of my field supervisors at work - the phone is quick and Moto/Lenovo knows how to make a low/mid range phone that works just how you need it to. I like the near stock android and NO BLOATWARE which is awesome and allows the phone to work quicker and easier.

A very good phone for a great price. Motorola has always put out excellent communication devices and this is another one. It isn't the best option out there, but if you want quality and reliability at an affordable price, you can't go wrong with this phone.

this version comes with marshmellow 6.0 but has no bloatware apps on it anywhere. very fast phone and best battery life i have ever had!

Purchased this refurbished phone through Best Buy online and received the phone in perfect condition. Very impressed with the quality and responsiveness of this phone. It was a great buy!

Decent enough phone for the money. I let my kids use it for a wifi device and then switch from my daily driver to it when it might get wet or broken because of activities planned.

Phone works well it has no flaws. We upgraded the shipping because the cut off for shipping was apparently before 5 PM which I was not happy with. My biggest gripe was the fact that we couldn't get geek squad protection at a reasonable price because it is refurbished. I would advise anyone to buy new for additional $30 and get protection plan. My wife ordered it, and wasn't aware of the protection difference. I would recommend to buy this phone new but not the refurb just for protection difference.

It is carrier unlocked and will almost certainly work with your AT&T SIM. I have tried it with my Straight Talk AT&T SIM and it works fine, but I currently am using this phone on the Verizon network. Some carriers force you to register the phone's serial number when swapping devices; in my experience, AT&T and Verizon don't do this.
