These headphones had huge potential but left me disappointed. these things hardly had any volume. whats the point of having wireless headphones if you cant crank the music rather listen to it in a dull tone. a waste of money. Motorola, stick to phones.

Did you try adjusting the volume using the control buttons on the headset, and/or the device it was paired with? Sometimes people don't realize the volume can be adjusted from both places.

I bought these headsets because I was disgusted with the s11flex hd breaking on me in 2 weeks, the same with the replacement pair I recieved. These new headesets the 89587N claimed to be a major improvement over the faulty cracking of the neck band. To my dismay, only 1 device can be connected at a time. So no multipoint, even though I had to argue that fact with motorola customer service for an hour. The level 2 support technician even used a flex on a personal basis and didn't even know of the simultaneous connections of 2 devices until I pointed it out to him. Even then he didn't believe me until he researched it himself. Very uninformed employees working for that company. Just logging the s11hd and s11hd flex together because the have similar features, but they are not the same products and have different features. ie no multipoint. The only reason I purchased these to begin with. No recommendation for me on this product, suffice it to say.

I would love this product except that when I went to change the "ear pads" one tore apart, the buttons were not placed awkwardly, have trouble getting ears to fit in the slot. Says it has up to 150' range but lost the signal after about 25' from my computer. Will be returning to the store.
