Customers are delighted by the Sliver II Bluetooth Headset's excellent sound quality and comfortable fit. Many appreciate the long battery life and convenient charging case. However, some users experienced issues with the headset's range and volume, finding the connection to be less reliable than expected. Improvements in Bluetooth range and volume control would enhance the overall user experience.

Dependable Bluetooth...

It's a good Bluetooth, but It absolutely needs to be covered by insurance to replace it, because it's not very durable. It breaks along the top where the wires run through it. But if you carry the insurance, then they replace it and i definitely like it better than most because i always get the same one!! Also it stays on well.

The Motorola - Sliver II Bluetooth Headset is a great product that works the way it's supposed to. It synced easily with my phone and allows me to take important calls while commuting to work. It fits just right around my ear and is very comfortable. Battery life is also very good. Also, the price point is not too high for a product that works this well.

Great hands free device

This is the best hands free device I have owned so far !! It charges fast, sounds great and has a very good range. This does not have one of those annoying ,cheap plastic ear clips that always breaks and the charging case is fantastic. There is only one flaw and that is that it does not seem to hold a charge as long as some other hands free models.

Bought this headset prior to reading the reviews and such as I usually do mainly because I've had previous dealing with Motorola bluetooth headsets and never having any complaints .....until this one. It is definitely not worth the money for the quality in my opinion. It does have the cool features that may slightly justify the price but just was not for me. I returned it and got the Plantronics Voyager and so far have been highly satisfied with it. The microphone on the Sliver II was located behind the ear and had complaints that it was hard to hear from the person being talked to and the volume was not loud enough to adequately hear sometimes with it at its highest on the device as well as phone/paired device. Would only suggest if you are a die hard core Motorola fan otherwise seek other options.

purchased this for my husband. I told the best buy guy that my husband had NO tech experance ( will not text, take photos, etc.) uses his phone only as a phone! Make it easy for him or this is not going to work for him and I'll be back to return it. He took over, showed him how to work it in about 5 mins. and now he's lost without it.Now he can make calls safely and easily with out messing around with his FLIP phone

Good looking and great sounding. Has very good range. The end call button could be better located. I prefer the Sliver 2 over the Plantronics Legend headset. I should note that I am using with a Motorola Droid Turbo so you may have a different experience with your own equipment.

Compared to the first version of the Sliver, Motorola improved the sound for the listener (louder and clearer), as well as improved the sound quality for callers on the other end. The Sliver II is also more robust in terms of the side-to-side twisting motion, which turns it on and off, compared to the original, which was a bit flimsy. However, my only complaint, which kept me from giving it a five-star rating, was the lack of stand-alone charging capability (the original could charge the headpiece without being plugged-in). All-in-all, I would recommend this device to anyone, even at the premium price-point.

This is the second Sliver I've owned and I like this model even better. The charging case is handy but I like being able to plug the device in separately. The sound is great and I'm told my transmissions are clear even out in the wind. I've purchased one as a gift for a friend.

Bought this headset needing a replacement for Jawbone Era. The new Era is too small and not easily switched from ear to ear. The Sliver worked great in that aspect and was very discrete. It was just too bulky behind my ears.

I have enjoyed this headset. Like other reviews I have had my share of issues but all were of my own doing. The sound is clear even while driving with the windows rolled partially down. My brother has one and my nephew is getting one this weekend.

Blue Tooth Fits well without making your ear sore. No one at last Trade Show noticed that I was wearing a Blue Tooth, nor where there any comments about it. Guess everyone thought I was wearing a hearing aid! Good receiving voice clarity.
