Easy to set up and great for first time parents! Definitely worth the price.

Camera Good, Set up is easy. The Charger for the monitor broke day 2 where it plugs into the side of the monitor. They definitely need a different charger set up as this is not a durable set up at all. Now I have to return it or buy another charging cable as this one will not plug in and stay charged unless you keep messing with it.

Difficult to set up. App doesn’t always work. Would be better with web browser.

The picture is not as clear as my older model and it beeps wayyy too loud when the WiFi connection goes out. I have been having trouble with getting it set up on my phone. Not loving it.

For as expensive as it is, and given the company, you'd think the system would be more reliable and higher quality. Bought this and had to return it. Video quality was poor (especially in the dark) and in a typical two story house the video cut out all the time from the monitor. We have ended up with Summer Infant brand. This one isn't perfect but it is reliable - unlike this one. And cheaper.

I have a hard time using the web application and have had to uninstall and reinstall the camera.

I purchased these baby monitors to visually see my son while he is sleeping. I enjoy the music feature as it puts him to sleep when he is fussy and tired.

I needed a new baby monitor and wanted one that I can check from an app on my phone. It has a very clear screen and is easy to see what the baby is doing.

this monitor works well, but the charging port gets a little finicky after only light use.

My brother had a new born baby and was always worried about leaving her sleeping in the other room until I bought this. Life saver.

Simple and easy to setup, I was looking at getting the Nest Camera but the pan/tilt of these cameras is very convenient.

I use this camera/monitor to see who is coming and going in the parking lot of the apartment complex that I live in.
