    The monitor does everything we wanted and more. Actually impressed for this price point. Haven’t had it long enough to comment on durability but for now very satisfied with our purchase.

    image is inconsistent and when pairing with my existing cameras the images were pixilated Would recommend a different model for the same price

    We wanted a camera that could pan so we could see both our kids that share a room. This camera has everything and works incredibly.

    I wanted to like it but camera charge wont last and the monitor freezes some times and turns of when fully charge.

      Hello Carla,

      Please know that our batteries were designed to last for short periods. The camera/baby unit's battery lasts about 45-60 minutes with a full charge.

      Regarding the monitor freezing issue you're experiencing, please reset the units:

      1) Reset the monitor.
      *Please make sure to do the following steps with the unit plugged in:
      • On the monitor's left side by the volume key, you should see a small reset pinhole.
      • Using a pin, or something small enough to fit inside, press and hold in the reset button until your monitor powers itself off.
      • After what can take up to a minute, your monitor should then power itself back on. This will indicate that the reset has been completed successfully. You can now pair your camera back to the unit.

      2) Reset the camera. You can do this by turning off the camera, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep. After this, you can attempt to repair the camera to the parent unit.

    Picture is not bad but it does not zoom out very far. I love the mobility. I had to mount high in a corner and tilt down to see in the crib.
